Arch support in insole.

The stock lavers insole have arch support in them.

At first it felt like there was a rock in my shoe, but now I'm used to it and somewhat like it.

If you replace your insoles do you get insoles without arch support? Is it better without it?

I replaced the laver insoles and got arch support seperate (special kind that doctor recomended)

I also have separate arch support "pads". I got them free from a sport store when I was asking if they had any supporting insoles (which they didn't have). I'm not using insoles at all at the moment because my NBct300s are too small. My toe nails hurt like hell after a 2h session if I wear insoles. I'll probably use them in Lavers too when they arrive, the shoes should be here this week (I'm so excited and just can't hide it...).

The "pads" are samples made by Nike©®™. I have one extra pair, size was medium or large I guess (I use the bigger ones, L or XL), if you want I can take them to the Worlds with me. I don't have any use for them myself, I can give them away. One pair's enough for me.

Basically the insoles in NBs suck, there's no support whatsoever at all, and what I've heard the same is with Lavers too.

i dont get why people keep ragging on the lavers insoles, they seem fine to me

Different people have different body types. I can imagine that weight, bad knees and being flatfooted could be some factors why they dont like the stock insoles.
