I'm playing footbag for about year and a half and I think that my skills are not that good like they should be

Well the video itself was terrible. It was really out of focus and that first bit was hard to see altogether.
Your game however is pretty damn good. You have a lot of skill you just need to break the habits that are keeping you from getting better. Stop bailing to toe stalls. Whatever it takes, nail something else. A legover, an osis, a pickup. Practice drills that will prepare you for coming out of the moves that you aren't totally comfortable with. Osis > Butterfly will help you for coming out of those torques.
Your Barfly needs work. Almost every attempt was THE. However, the one you did land looked perfectly clean. You don't need to set it so high, nor does your leg need to go up so high.
Set your spins higher so that you have time to do more than spinning toe stall.
You really have a good looking style, it just needs fine tuning.
