My first attmept at stitching (Pics included)

Post by Jamo »

My attempt at a 4 panel suede footbag. It is just plain suede so its a bit thick for what im looking for but it does the job for practicing. Baby blue and black.
Its only filled with plastic beads because i made it for my sister, not to shred with. Smaller than i hoped but not bad for a first attempt.

You can still see all my crap in the background from making it. And the 32 i demolished to check out the stitching.

Next to my usual 32.

It is thick, but it was cheap and i cant see me shredding with one anytime soon so it doesnt matter.
Ill try a 32 panel after i find some good patterns and have some practice on 4s and 12s. If you could point me in the right direction that would be great.
Also i need some tips on the closing stitch, On the bag you see it is turned upside down so i hid the open part but i can seem to close it for the life of me.

Does that mean its good or bad then Travis? Heh. The ouch doesnt sound too promising.
And i ripped up a 32 panel sand bag from discology. It was leaking way too much sand so i thought i might aswell.
