Jorden Moir Special

Post by qphox »

I put together a little something from TOFU 2005 in Ottawa.

Jorden Moir Special

23Mb, all single tricks.

It's not very long (only 2:47) but I think you'll all enjoy it.

Thanx so much for the sweet vid. A lot of good stuff from Moir as usual. High plains whaaat?! That move was sooo close and sooo unbelievably ridiculous.

Plus the second to last move on the vid was really amazing too. And Jorden acted like it was no big deal. Crazy.

Thanks again.

I don't know if anyone noticed this, but I thought it was cool that after Jorden hit the gyro illusioning butterfly it showed, I think it was Ellis, mouth, "Do it again." Then it showed him hitting it again. I just thought that it was cool to put it in there even when you couldn't hear him say it. Then show Jorden hitting it again easy.

I don't know for sure if that is what he said, but it sure looked like it.

Vid was sweet!

That's awesome that you noticed that! I considered putting audio in for that part, but thought it'd be out of place in the entire video...

And yeah, even though I cut between those three shots, that definitely happened as you see it. Jorden hit it kinda ucontrolled, the three of them laugh, Ellis says "Do it again", and Jorden does it again.

Also, after Jorden hits the Double Arctic (Canadian) Butterfly, you can see Yacine is totally dumbfounded, and then kinda laughs as it fades. :)

And Henry, that's not what a "WHAT?!" is. A WHAT?! is like...Butterfly symp Rev Swirling ss Toe.

Awesome and ridiculous. However, the music coupled with the somber gray and the slow fade-in of "Jorden Moir July 2005" made me feel like he was a dearly departed that we were honoring. Really a weird vibe, but maybe that's just me.... Besides that, all around sicktastic.

Whatever.

Actually I was going to post just that, but I couldn't because this vid was actually really good and I enjoyed it. The music was GREAT. Although afterwards I thought, "We should've saved that for when someone dies or something."

Overall very impressive, major props to Jorden and to Kevin for making the vid. Thank you.
