Are you talking about Kimmy Johnson? I mean, she can hit most of the combos on this video, but I don't know...

Ya is Ales right in the middle of a bulking cycle or what? I thought most lifters bulked in the winter and cut during the summer? Maybe he just cuts before comps or maybe I don't really know anything.

I can't agree with you. I've seen his final routine, and it wasn't so obvious tha t he wins - he dropped at start (as far as I remember on inside), then he had to changed his routine to much easier, because he knows that if he dropped again he won't be first.
And I think that's exactly why he is the best. He knows when to cut the crap. He knows when his title is at stake, to stop trying the hard tricks, and go with the more consistent routine, and he still gets first place. Admirable, in my opinion.

Fucking awesome, by the way - Thanks Lise.

Yeah, but actually I heard from a few people that they thought the judges got it wrong and he should have finished third. I'm really excited to see the finals routines now :)

Bigdirtyfoot just because i called him a god doesnt mean im gonna start worshipping him. Just saying his skill is phenomenal....Its a metaphor.
And footbag will never be an autograph and picture sport because of its social side.
You never see football players kicking in a circle with the first people they find, thats the difference between "ball" and "bag".

Never say never. It's happened to other sports as well. I'm not blaming you for that future possibility, I was just in a crappy mood this morning.

Vasek : blury whirling swirl > whirlwind > stepping whirling swirl
Honza : alpine foodprocesor > ps whirl > spining pdx blender
Felix : scorpion tail > baroque > something with blender/whirl (im not sure this one)

There was also very high level of shred30. Yves, who was 3rd, got something about 210p, Honza 220p, Vasek 240p. I dont know what is record in women shred30, but Verena got 141p, and that is realy amazing.

If i'm writing results I can't miss open freestyle. There were 3 people from Poland in finals.
1)Vasek
2)Honza
3)Felix
4)Ners (Poland)
5)Karim Dauk
6)Damian Budzik (Poland)
7)Damian Gielnicki (Poland)
8,9,10) Stefan Siegert, Ondrej Skrabel, Jan Struz

actually honza was on second position with sick:
alpine legbeater>fog>pixie spining osis

and felix was 3th with sick:
surging pdx whirl>food processor>spin pdx blender

if i can say little more for the sick 3 competition i was 4th;]

whirlwind>spin pdx blender>food processor

and on the end felix was on second place for me, honza sick wasn't to good for the second place, but the sick 3 is always hard to judge...

Let's get this straight. Vasek is not a "god." I'm pretty sick of hearing people say that. He's a great footbag freestyler, not someone we should all worship. If you go into footbag with that attitude you're going to end up making footbag into a celebrity type sport. I for one, would rather be able to talk to Vasek after his routine and then go chill, than to have to wait in line to get a picture and an autograph.

Video was pretty cool.
I bow to you bdf....we don't want a footbag player ending up like some multi-sponsored sales rep motocross star.....sorry if I offended anybody...today anything can lol.
