i dunno if this is the right forum to post this is... go in the General footbag forum and you'll find a bunch of mp3/music threads....

now to answer you, the times i tried, it kinda helped to play with slow music...
cuz if theres a beat(dance/trance), i tend to try to match the beat. but with slow music (classical/older/classic rock) i just play normaly..

i think that anyone who wants to practice should find a song that helps them to keep the same flow in the moves.

You should also try logging into http://www.gmail.com with the username "shredmusic" and the password "f00tbag" and download some of those tracks. We all share music with each other on modified!

Mods, can someone move this to "General Footbag?" Thanks.

What do you mean, you want to try and play to the beat of music. Do you mean your usually flow for footbag is more the tempo of classical and classic rock? Because you should be trying to play on the music of your songs. And that Gmail account rocks too everyone should check it out.

no... i keep up with the beat when it's electronic, drumandbass, dance/trance, etc... and if i just want to play for fun like in a circle, then i'll play some classic stuff.

Oh got yeh, I figured I had just misunderstood you or something- :D . Anyways today I just tried playing to silver and cold, and it actually kind of worked. I liked playing to sad music, I felt so poetic.
