that last run was money. your very graceful and precise now, i like it.

david suggests:

drifters
rev swirls
gyro mirage
stepping ss mirage

keep skooling. you have an amazing spinning/ducking foundation to explode on now.

Hey thanks for the response!!

Dave: I would love to do those tricks, but drifters are impossible on my hip, reverse swirls are bad for my knees, I do gyro mirages, and I could do stepping same mirages, though I'm trying to avoid as many moves with dexes as possible, as I'm still 100% injured and shouldn't even be playing at all. You have no idea how much I miss big tricks :(

Dustin: As far as I know the trick is just 3 or 4 adds (xspin?), it was just a new move for me beesauce, is all. Again, I can't really do downtime DLOs without pain, so I try to avoid them. Crispy I find really stylish, and less painful. I will make Derek's portion some time -- probably over the weekend, since Marita will be working. I got too excited at the demo I did with Derek and did dimwalk > blur [repeat] midstring couple times, which gave me baaaad pain in the knees later :( I have a specialist appointment FINALLY with an orthopedic surgeon in October...

Oh yeah, I also wanted to add, that there was some discussion (including Peter Irish and Ahren Gehrman) about progressing without playing and I totally understand what they mean. I feel like I have SOOOO much more stamina (and longer runs), which is silly because I never excercise and never play footbag.

I'm liking the spinning/ducking/toe ducking. Everykind of ducking mirage is sweet! Have you tried toe ducking w/o plants?

...and consistent! Crickey, you can go forever. But yeah, the music really fit your shred style and the late-afternoon ambience well.

I wanna repeat everything everyone has said... so smooth, graceful, consistent, solid... very Lon Smithish...

I love the music; is that the same band as in the "Injured Erik Chan Secret Shred Diary" thing in the Hackrifice DVD? It does go very well and was very peaceful, just like you. You are the essense of footbag. :D

Thankyou!
Camille: the song is by Plod ("Eucalyptus"), the song from the DVD is by The Postal Service ("Sleeping In") -- I didn't even notice that the two songs sound the same. I used another Plod song in that "Muffinman" video I made of myself just before this one.

Thanks again everyone -- I love getting replies :D
