That's the point I was making. Assuming Vasek has a natural physical advantage...

this would allow him to practice more than the normal person without getting tired. Meaning that if Vasek practiced as much as his body would let him, which I think he did when he was starting out, it would be much more practice than the average person could handle.

So, I'm not sure if Vasek was just a "natural" at footbag and just picked it up like it was nothing, but maybe it was that his body can handle more practice than the average person. Allowing him to get far better than others because of the insane amount of practice his body can handle on a regular basis.

So if you were to start playing footbag at the same time as Vasek and you both played as much as you could, Vasek would have been able to play much longer than you, making him better than you in a few weeks. So, if Vasek plays as much as he can, then unless you have a similar natural ability, you won't be able to get as good as him.

You always get lactic acid released into your muscles when you exert them enough. So if you are shredding hard enough, you will get lactic acid.

After a few weeks of playing hard, your muscles will stop getting sore the next day, but you still release the lactic acid and your muscles decrease in performance.

For example, have you ever shredded hard then try and walk up a flight of stairs? Your legs aren't sore, but they feel really weak. So it doesn't hurt to walk up the stairs, it just feels like you are carrying a whole other person on your back.
