7th Annual Hackrifice Open (RESULTS NOW POSTED!)

Hey guys. This is a lot more last minute than we had hoped, but we've just decided that the seventh annual Hackrifice Open tournament will be held on the last weekend of August!

This may be tentative if enough people want to come but the next weekend would be better, so speak up if it's bad for you!! We figured that further from the beginning of school and at the end of summer is prime, as opposed to our usual 3rd weekend in September.

We will post more information when we've set everything up, but we should have lots of freestyle events (shred 30, sick 3, big 1, etc), net, and foursquare. There will be prizes: probably cash, DVDs, footbags, tshirts (last years will be sent out sometime! Honest!!!!). We have quite a bit of cash from some demos we've done, plus we have a demo on Saturday -- maybe we will get something from that too!

Crash space will be available!

EVERYBODY COME BECAUSE IT WILL BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys. I've set up a poll, because we really want everybody to be able to come, so if there are no problems for people attending on the first weekend of September we will move it there for Kevin and Ben. Please only vote if you plan on coming to the tournament! And please post a comment if you vote, so we know who is voting. Thanks!

routines? I'de like to see Andrew's footjam routine and I think Brett has a routine for worlds too. I have a pokemon routine and the pokeballs to perform it.

I am so inclined to say the end of September now. (THANKS KEVIN!), but I really want everyone to be able to come. I guess it's a big deal that it conflicts with Funtastiks...
The date is still tentatively August 26-28. I was checking to see what was going on and to post that it's on the first weekend of September, but it looks like August is better. I will double confirm with Andrew, but expect that it will be for August 26-28!

There's a probability we're moving to the first weekend of September now. I still haven't talked to Andrew on the phone, but we've been trying to figure something out slowly over PMs. Once he calls me tonight we will know for sure, but it seems like more people will come for September. Unless anyone going to Funtastiks was actually planning to come to Hackrifice...speak up now if this is you, because we don't want to conflict if there is actually a confliction.
I'll keep you guys up to date. Thanks for wanting to come!!
I'll also post my flyer as soon as I'm done. I had to install some programs and ran out of time to do stuff last night, but I'm working on it again now.

Well, choose the date as soon as possible...it's hard enough to get shifts covered at all, I don't want to have to do it twice. :/
