Today I played with Steve at his house for about an hour or so. I wasn't doing horrible, but wasn't doing too well either. I was hitting normal stuff and I felt like I was back to my normal of balanced style. Well after I went home, I played Vasek's shred 30 video that had been downloading while I was gone.

Well, if you know me, once I see a Vasek video, especially a new one, I have to go out and shred. I can't help myself.

Well this time I was much better and was back to my controlled style. It was so much fun. I almost felt like Vasek for a little bit. I did some nice long runs and then tried to make a string in my head and hit it. Well this is what I hit:

flip whirl > flip rev. swirl > flip spinning clip > flip butterfly > flip blur > smear > parkwalk > drop

I was going for a flip spinning pdx whirl, but never got past the parkwalk, oh well, I'll get it tomorrow I guess. Then I had to end off my session with a whirlwind, so I hit it second try. Everytime I try a whirlwind I almost always hit it second try, I don't know exactly why. :?:

Well good times. More good times to come. :D

So, I shredded for about 45 min. by myself before Kaitlyn came over and we shredded together for about an hour. She hit 3 ATW's with her flipside leg.

I was doing really well when I was shredding by myself, but by the time Kaitlyn got to my house, my right thigh was beginning to get weak and sore. It got to the point where I could hardly bend my knee to clipper because my thigh hurt too bad. It's really hard to only use one clipper when you are a clipper dominant player. Your support leg gets killed. Oh well, at least I can still shred.

Also, I can't do any double down moves with my right leg because everytime I do, the inside of my foot/ankle kills. It feels like a tendon snaps everytime I try it and it hurts bad. So unfortunately I have to remove those tricks from my game...at least for awhile.

So, I shredded today after a lengthy absence. The reason for this break was that I just received the parts for my computer last Friday and put it together on Saturday. It is a BEAST! It can play Battlefield 2 on full, easy.

Anyway, I played pretty well today and filmed it. So I'm gonna try and get the film online soon. I played a total of 2 hours and hit some nice stuff, but you'll see on the video.

Oh ya, I forgot to mention something...

I beat a world record last night and got it on tape.

At the time I didn't know I had beaten the record, but now that I've looked it up, I smashed the record. With my flipside none the less...probably not my flipside anymore though.

Woohoo!

Dizzzang!

Today was so awesome! One of the best days I've had in a very long time.

First off it is my birthday...yay! I'm now the brittle age of 19. I already feel my hip getting weaker.

So I woke up this morning and had some corn bread for breakfast....mmm, I love corn bread. Then I started to shred after watching some worlds videos. Today I was playing better than I ever have....ever.

I was hitting stuff all over the place. It was so awesome! 5 days of rest is just what the doctor ordered. I was hitting medium to long strings with big tricks mixed in.

scorpion's tail > spinning pdx whirl
paradon > DDD > scorpion's tail
spinning clip x2 > spinning butterfly > spinning pdx whirl > spinning clip > spinning butterfly > spinning pdx whirl > spinning clip > dropped scorpion's tail (set it too close to my body)

That was just some of the stuff I was hitting.

After that Fedex arrived with my 19" LCD monitor that I ordered yesterday for my new beast of a computer. On a side note: If anyone plays BF2 tell me, I would love to play with some footbaggers. Maybe start a footbag BF2 clan...

So after hooking that up, my girlfriend came over because her, my parents, and I were going to a movie. She brought some gifts over. She got me a new tennis racket because I kinda broke my last one... I sorta threw it on the ground and the bottom of the racket part broke off.

And if that wasn't enough she also got me a new abshire!!!! It's 2 different shades of green. It's so awesome!

Well, the movie we saw was "The Island". This movie was so cool. I would recommend going and seeing it. It's basically non-stop action. I would go see it again in a heart beat.

Then we came back to my house and ate some homemade pancakes for dinner. And sat and watched Apollo 13 for the rest of the night. It was a great day. Tomorrow I'm planning on playing some more footbag, so look for updates on that.

Peace in the Middle East, yo!
