New Tricks Group Footblog

Post by slapdash21 »

in the footbag chat...
8:57 PM [slapdash21] eh, just got in from a session. and i got the BEST idea
8:57 PM [SandWraith] what's that?
8:57 PM [slapdash21] well, i want to post a new thread in the footblogs thread titled new tricks group footblog, but the catch is, it will actually
8:58 PM [slapdash21] be a big joke aimed to confuse people and start funny conversations, by people posting tricks that are ridiculous, impossible,
8:58 PM [slapdash21] or unecessarily named
8:58 PM [slapdash21] like...reverse bubba
8:58 PM [slapdash21] or paradox atw
8:59 PM [slapdash21] and only explain it on the first page
8:59 PM [SandWraith] lol
8:59 PM [slapdash21] so people who read the later pages will say: 'uh...you must be new, that trick doesnt exist, or is wrongly named'
9:00 PM [SandWraith] yeah, that could be pretty funny
9:00 PM [SandWraith] like paradox legovers
9:00 PM [slapdash21] and the newbies minds will be blown
9:00 PM [slapdash21] exactly
9:00 PM [slapdash21] and then see who can come up with the most ridiculous trick
9:00 PM [slapdash21] or name
9:00 PM [SandWraith] it's mean for the newbs though :/
9:00 PM [slapdash21] hee hee, yeah, thats why i want to put it in footblogs so at least they wont find it too quickly
9:04 PM [slapdash21] (ooh ooh, and invent strings that arent possible...most newbs wouldnt pick up on that anyway, such as...whirl>ATW>

so yeah. fill up the first page with you most ridiculous tricks and strings that obviously arent possible or just makes no sense, and then wait for the arguments and fun to begin with people that arent in on it yet. see who can come up with variations on it. and try to make it seem legit...dunno if it will work.

so today i hit paradox legover.

EDIT-also fraudulent jobs notation. thats always fun

also, I nailed a rake, but it was from in front of the support leg, and it didn't really have any swoop to it, you know? It was more, whoosh! But from in front of the support leg (that's key). So, I guess it was more like a really fancy toe stall, but the awesome of a rake. :!:

slap, there's also an xdex in there cause it's going around something

I think that's 6 adds then, cause a clipper is 2 adds so a clipper set is probably 2 adds too.

you're forgetting the xbd add for the clipper set, it's actually 3 adds, making the move add up to 7, HUGE PROPS
