Your event?

Post by enhancement »

I have come across this quesiton in many sports. For me in swimming I can get a test done on my muscle fibres to see if I am better at a 50m swim or a 1500m swim. So for footbag I am guessing you could be good at one event more then the other. I am sure there are people out there who think they are good at one and not there others?

I reckon he is more along shred 30, the other ones just come naturally. He can shred, and shred hard, in routine he justs shows off

Big 3 most definitely. While iy might be the most fun and my personal favorite, it's not the best measure of true skill. The most fair measure of skill in a competition would have to be the shred 30.

I don't have a favorite. I just love to shred for hours on end without worrying about the fact that there's a competition going on. Competitions = lame. Shred = good.

None. I'm not good at competing.

But I gues that Routines would be what is for me. Because I'm more like long distance runner. I've got good endurance, but not so greate speed and dynamic. I have much more ST musclefibres than FT.

I would say Sick 3 is my best event, but Shred 30 is probably almost as good. Definitely better at either of those than I am at Routines or Rippin' Run. :?
