Jam in Rochester, Aug 6-7

Post by cd »

I know I know, this is in a week and that's pretty short notice to make a thread about it, but it's just something that Paul and I thought up this month and I had to get a couple things taken care of before I announced it.

The plan is that anyone who wants to come can stay at my house and that's where we'll be partying all weekend. Friday arrivals are great too. There's a nearby park with tennis courts and also my campus if we want a change of scenery.

So far it's small, about 6-8 people for sure and a few others unconfirmed, but it's going to be a blast. I've received word that the Digges bros just got their new video camera today, so expect a sweet production to come out of the jam shortly afterwards.

Word has been floating around about this for awhile now, but if you haven't talked to me yet and you want to come then PM, AIM, or MSN me or post here and I'll give you my address and any other info you might need.

Affirmed i will definitely be there, and will hopefully be bringing 1 or 2 others who will all need a place to stay.

I will be there sometime friday not sure what time though, if I'm coming alone then i will probably be there around 4 or 5.

Anyone up to donating to get some small prizes for some kind of competitions, like Rippin' Run, Sick Rewind, or something new?

Matt's returning to this side of the planet sometime in the next few days I think. He said he's definitely going to come. Maybe he'll bring some Romans with him.

Here is my Mapquestable address for everyone coming:

53 North Street
Geneseo, NY 14454

and you can reach me at 315-450-0345 if you need to call me.

PLEASE let me know when you plan on arriving if you haven't already.

From what I understand, I need to find parking for 4 cars. Digges Pat Matt, Aric, Paul, Mike. Zach is probably not coming :( and I just talked to Steve and he won't be in town this weekend.

It would be mega awesome if someone could pick up BelZoradon in Rochester. Paul or Mike maybe?

uh, that's about it. By the way, on saturday afternoon I may have to disappear for a little while because a friend of mine is getting married. The wedding is about a 10 minute walk from my house so if I decide to show up there, I should only be gone for about an hour and a half. I'm sure you guys could entertain yourselves for a little while. Play some hackey sack or something.

See you all soon

more stuff

the park is open until 10pm and the tennis courts are well lit until that time. so we can basically shred there as late as we want. awesome!

also, my landlord lives next door to me. Don't worry, he's cool and doesnt mind people staying here and partying. we just have to close the windows in the guest room and my room if anyone is gonna poke smot, and only poke in my room and the guest room as my housemates dont want to smell smot anywhere else in the house.
