Wow.


I just got home from midwesterns. It was sooo sweet.



So we leave at around 9 in the morning. We head down to IL. It was a 2 hour drive and my little brother would not shut up! I had this awesome reeses type thing and a nectarine.


We arrive at the site and i dont see ANYONE. We wander around and finally stumble across scott davidson! I introduce myself. he introduces me to himself, his wife and his kid, alex. We immediately start shredding. Scott is soooo good. Twirls all over, flapper stalls, he hit sole stall without touching his other leg. his wife has mirages, legovers, butterflies and osises.

We played for a while and the first person there is Kamil! When i saw him he goes "henry right?" I thought he said "Mary!" haha . i was like... what?

We shook hands and talked for a bit. Then i went back to shredding with scott, and once kamil had his gear on he joined in. Solid shred from him.
I think me and kamil reall bonded :twisted: :lol: . We played together a lot today, and had some hardcore four square goin down!

i think next to the site was.... John Nigela. he has such a cool style! he hit fairy butterfly dragonosis i think. insane!

After John, Mike hansen, Reile, and Tom showed up. This is when the hardcore shred broke out. The circle was... i think me, kamil, mike, reile, and tom. Maybe scott was in there too. I talked with Reile, tom and mike for a while. Reile is so cool and down to earth, tom is hilarious! In foursquare... ah ill save that for later!

Then Zeke came! I was talking to him and i said "You know im not gonna leave happy unless you hit someone in the face today!" he and i had a laugh, little did i know i would leave happy 8O

Everyone was throwing down huge. I had a couple long runs. i hit drifter>torque almost every try today. Pretty cool link. I also just missed drifter>merkon bsos. After a long time shredding we went to foursquare. We had some pretty funny rules like no emotion. I proposed that one after reading about it from zeke.

This game was insane. Tom got into king square and he got the WHOLE court out a couple of times. I think reile said something in a monotone voice, and tom goes "I sensed some anger in that statement." at that point EVERYONE in the court burst out laughing. Tom got 3 points for that!

So we are still playing no emotion. Zeke is first in line to get back in. Alex, Scott's son is right behind him. Zeke is swining his arms cause we were all laughing, and alex walks up behind him and gets SMACKED in the face! Zeke backhanded a 6 year old! We all broke out laughing, and everyone got out cause it was still no emotion! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:



After foursquare was competition. I didnt know comps were today so i wasnt prepared AT ALL! We ended up doing Shred 30, phat trick, and sick 3.


First was shred 30. i think eric Siegel was up first. he did pretty well. I think he scored a 127. Not bad !

After him was reile, who also did very well and scored a 122. i think he could do way better, judging by his skills in circles, but we were all cracking under pressure.

After reile Mike was up. Im not sure how mike did because i was warming up. I was up after him. I was so nervous, but after mikes turn i high fived and got up there. I didnt know what to do. i think i started with dimwalk>infinity>pdx mirage>butter>pdx mirage>drif drop. I dropped again a move later, then i went on a run of 6 or 7. Dropped and then ended with some ducking clips and spinning clips. I ended the shred 30 with a perfect torque. :D

John also went. but i forget when. he told me before hand that he was gonna suck. he did very well! Not too many drops.

Phat Trick followed shred 30. Eric Siegel failed to hit a trick, but tried many many hard ones. Reile tried some crazy ones and hit whirlwind on his last try :)


Mike hit surfing ss osis first try! His "cheap" 6 add :wink: . he tried fairy in gyro mirage and some other stuff. Surfing is fairy symp swirling btw.

I was after mike. I went up super nervous. But i broke the ice by hitting witchdoctor first try.

I had been trying vortex periodically throughout the day, and came close many many times. I decided to try it in Phat trick. My first try i hit it! Controlled and smooth! My first ever vortex. And hit in competition!!!!!!!!!

John nigela hit alpine fear for his phat trick! socool!


Sick 3 was after phat trick. Eric Siegel hit ripwalk>?????>pdx whirl? I forget. But i think that was his last try. Was his safety pretty much.

I dont think reile hit anything for it. Lots of crazy stuff though.

Mike hit fairy butterfly>spinning clip>spinning osis. Stylish!


Then John went. For some reason i cant remember what he hit.... weird


I went up and tried dim>drifter>torque. Dimwalk dropped

then i tried parkwalk>drifter>torque. parkwalk didnt work

After that i hit ducking clip>drifter>torque. Sealed nicely. Then i tried some combo starting with witchdoctor.

Didnt hit anything except ducking clip>drifter>torque.






Then i played some doubles net. It was me and Zeke vs Mike and Tom. This was an INTENSE game :P


me and zeke totally sucked, but that was because of me. I had no idea what i was doing. Zeke was setting and stuff. I was pretty much just trying to get it back over. :wink:


We played some more foursquare, and then we had this sweet circle with everyone in it. we all just tried hard tricks. Tom was close to frenzy. He also hit toe reverse swirling toe! Cool trick! SO close to ripstein too. In this circle Tom was on fire! Long strings with huge moves in em. Mike was trying surfing pdx mirage. And other surfing things. I came close to flailing symple drifter 8O

Siegel footed ripped warrior so many times. Reile hits fairys like nothin. he truly is 'Styley' Reile :D

I ended up winning 2 crocheted hacks and Fo Shizza! I think Reile got fourkast and one other video. Mike got Just Shred 2 Like whoa. Siegel got... NBK? Not sure. maybe reile got that too.


After awards Zeke told me i could trade him those crocheted hacks for 2 facile Mestas bags! i was so excited. I got a grey and purple and a blue and yellow. They are so nice. Thanks so much Zeke!

I got cookies from Kamil. Kamil is awesome. me and him were joking back and forth all day. Such a fun day. Me and mike hung out a lot. Mike is such a cool guy to be around. Everyone there was so cool. CIC is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much Scott! Even though not many people came that was my best footbag experience! Scott was incredibly nice to me. I didnt know competitions were today so i didnt bring enough money. He let me compete for free :) . I also let them use my camera for shred 30, phat trick and sick 3. So expect a video.


Also, there is a special appearance by.... MIKE'S SHRED PLATE! We used it in the phat trick circle :P

How is that I've been playing like 4 months longer than you and you get to go to a competition before me! It's not fair! :( :x

It sounded like so much fun. Props on winning sick 3!!! I wish I could've been there.
