I've got a superb session with my girlfriend today. I hit many long runs and two new tricks: Alpine Legbeater and Atomic Ducking Legover. My girlfriend hit some new moves: Toe ss Legover and Toe Pickup flipside and also many cool runs with both Mirages, both ss Mirages, Pickup, ss Pickup, Legover, ss Legover and even one run started from Symposium Mirage! The highlight from her training is for me a drill Mirage > ss Mirage > repeat!

I hit Spinning Break Your Glasses yesterday, in fact I've hit it before about 1½ years ago when I was skooling spins for the first time so this was the second time. I don't like that move very much and I hope that I won't be hitting it anymore...
Tip: If you have lose glasses, don't shred while wearing them. :?
That's what makes footbag really expensive, I lost about 90 euros in just one spin... now twice.

DOH!!

My first 8 adder, with X-damage.
