After you hit it bsos hit it RPT!!!!!!
Im not sure what weight my wheel bag is..I guess its around 30g, a little lighter than my regular abshire.

Well today I am sick and taking my 2nd day of school (in turn, missing both of my business exams giving me until friday to study :D )
Stupid people coming to school when they are sick, giving me colds, I'll show them, why I oughta.........yes.

As for footbag..I tried putting my footbag under my pillow as a means of breaking it in. Dunno if it worked but I read somewhere else that it worked for someone else. Oh yeah!!!!! I played a little bit yesterday and I broke two world records :P
SS inside delays: 63 to beat the previous record of 50
SS clipper delays: 108>spinning clipper>drop to beat the previous record of 100!

Yay.
Hopefully back one day.

Good Work Hagesy

I am home again today. Not really sure If I feel sick or if I'm just taking the day off cause I feel like a bludge. Most probably a combination of the both. I used to be able to just sit my ass down, do the work that needed to be done and get on with other things but I am finding as I'm getting older, it gets harder and harder to do that and I dont understand why :?
It's pretty fuggin annoying aswell.

Here is what my mum said, or something along the lines of this; "Hmmm, I dunno if I am happy with your report card. Why get B's when you are capable of A's?"

I am passing everyone of my subjects with ease, pulling of B's and B+'s but mum doesnt think this is good enough. I also thinks that I wasted too much of my time on footbag related things. Dang nammit. I don't see what is wrong with B's?!?!

hmm, this would be a good modified poll/thread.

Laaaaaaaderz
Hopefully back one day.

Hey Hagsey. Welcome back.

Props on the world records, Jesse.

Had a session on Monday night with Foxy. We're both pretty sick and getting over colds, but I managed to hit two things of note:
Assasin!
and a combo for Jesse - Dimwalk>Ripwalk

Oh, and keeping my new Wheel bag in my pocket for 5 days broke it in nicely for the Monday kick. I also took it into the shower and washed it that night.
It's a sweet bag now.

Later.

awesomeness gareth

I have played foobag everyday for 5 days now. I guess you can say i am definately back into it.

I was working on my atomic set today again. I was hitting atomic legover alot easier and wasnt as rushed. If it goes well tomorrow, I will try it on my flip, and then bring on the drills.

As i wrote yesterday i am struggling to hit this drill due to shit flip stepping out of butterfly.

Butter>Stepping op legover>pixielegover rpt.

So i found some advice and will give it a go. This drill has now gone second last on the list, the last drill is dimwalk>stepping op legover>pixielegover, i will feel like a pro when i hit that.

umm some drills i hit today.

Drifter>pdx mirage rpt first try

Smear>drifter>pdx mirage B.S

This will be repeat tomorrow.

In the last two days i have been going kind of semi-guiltless, it has been a natural progression, lots of butterflys, osis, ducking, diving, pixies, other bits of pieces, i am only using twos as a bail, it will be cool when i go guitless.

My achilles is very sore.

I think the squash training i have been doing has improved my footbag immensely

I am going to go to sleep now.

nighty-night.

Nice, one day i will have broadband, one day.

Woke up this morning with a Strained muscle around the groin area. It wasn't from masturbation either.

tried to stretch and shred during lunch but it was pretty painful.

I have to play squash tonight.

So i will play squash, keep warm, and then play footbag at home.

peace.

Gareth dont be like that.

If no one shows up, you get to hog the bag more.

Be positive sonny.

Jesse, amazing is a word that comes to describe thee

How old are you again.

Are you the youngest person ever to hit mobius.

Anyway i had a good couple of sessions yesterday, groin was fine.

I hit Smear>drifter>pdx mirage rpt

And

Flip Atomic Legover

Hey people.
Heres my 2nd vid!

http://www.shredmonton.com/media/Around ... 0World.wmv

About 27mb
7:12 long

I actually made this vid ages ago but never got around to finding somewhere for it to be uploaded, so the footage is a bit dated (Around 2 months.)
The good folks from the ShrEdmonton crew let me use their site. Cheers to Kevin for uploading it!

Enjoy!

Well, I was pretty pissed off that Jesse never told me he wasn't comming in, yesterday.
As a result, I canceled the session with the new guy, Luke (because I really hate playing with noobs - it destroys the flow of the circle, and I wasn't in the mood to 'babysit' a new player. Bad attitude, I know, but I don't care. I been playing for almost 4 years and am sick of teaching people who don't practice, and Luke has a history of doing that).
So, in stead, Foxy and I went to a squash court.
It was more of a schooling session, I would say.
I've found where my stepping is going wrong. It's as though I'm trying too hard to set the bag. I found that when I lessen the set and focus on the stepping dex, then it's all alot cleaner. :D Hence, I hit Blur on one side - a move I haven't hit in a bloody long time.
No new moves, just a cleaner Dimwalk>Ripwalk, and a few tripwalks.
My one sidedness is a little annoying on Quantim and Pixie. But, concidering my knee, I say 'fuck it'. I've still got atomic and stepping fairly balanced on both sides, so that's my justification.
But that's all from me.
cya.

Hey Gareth, sorry about not giving you much notice. I woke up at 8 or something. No one was home. The mobile lock was on the home phone (*cause my bro ran up a huge bill). I had not credit.

I couldnt really do anything except wait for you to call or come online :(
Oh well, I let you down once. Unless your a true asshole underneath, I'm sure you can forgive me :P

Well, seeing as I didnt shred yesterday I had a sesh today.
3 Hours.
I was hocking up snot and gollying and bush hankying and snotting everywhere, but it was so worth it 8)
Started off real slow but once I was worm and hydrated I felt awesome.
New stuff:
FLIP FREAKING MOBIUS (my arch enemy move). I freaking pwned it good.
toe blender one side (I have always stuggled with downtime blender)
spinning xbody rake bs
ducking xbody rake bs
spinning ducking xbody rake oneside
spinning ducking wauxpin one side
FLIP HATCHET (sealed with osis)
ripped warrior first attempt (hit this before, but it felt nice)
pixie torque sealed with run (second time hit)
New combos:
blur>toewhirl RPT
bsos torque
gyro mirage>dimwalk rpt
blur>fairy butter (there you go richard)
Mid run spinning whirl (real smooth)
Footed:
flip vortex (millionth time)
pdx torque bs

Thats about all I can remember for now. Got drifters pretty dialed on one side. Other side hurts my knee. Also got my torques down, they are feeling awesome now.
Footbag is the best.

Edit: hit nine consec spinning clippers 8)
Hopefully back one day.
