Yeah I must say that I find Lavers pretty damn good and see no reason for using other shoes. For a while my body was falling apart but I think I've fixed all those problems and now play better than I have ever have and don't really ever feel sore after footbag and use Lavers. Technique is why your body falls apart - not the shoes you use.

Well, people don't think about it often, but muscle has a very large role in absorbing shock and distributing it throughout your body. Shoes and surface is what everyone usually thinks about when you talk about shock absorbtion, but most people aren't your size.

flux>nuclear ss illusion rpt isnt really that hard if you break it down.

assuming flux as atomic op osis, thats easy. reverse pdx. tap is weird, but with a good set and a quick cut, you could probably get that.

i think you could hit it in a year.

4. two of my friends now have footbag shoes (Cal and kasting on the forum) and another just ordered 520s as well.

That was the same thing that happened with a video ellis put out a week ago or so, and the people that got quicktime 7 for it said that it screwed up their current quicktime (cause it was overwritten or something). Ellis republished the video in a different quicktime. I'm not saying that Cal should republish it, but I'm not gonna download quicktime 7 for it and wouldn't suggest other do it either.
