So for those of you who know Nathan on this boad, he got me into footbag. I'm not that great because i don't practice enough  . Well ive been trying to hit clipper>osis and Nathan says I have good crank on my osis foot (considering it's flip side) but i still cant seem to stick it. Any additional advice?

throw it straight, spot it well, and turn into it alot, this will help flatten your foot and catch it better. Just imagine it falling into a clipper, not an osis

i was told to after you do your clipper....do the motion like your gonna try and sit on it and that helped immensely.

It's all about up-down. You gotta think up-down.

With osis most people tend to do them like they're trying to sweep it from side to side. It isn't a side to side motion as much as an up-down motion.

Osis is a half turn to clipper stall and you have to think of it that way.

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

No problem, I had trouble with them at first but now my record is 108 osis. So if you keep working on them you will get good at them. Just like everything else, it takes practice. Glad I could help!

I found a good stretch (for me) for my osi is to put your foot on the ground like you're going to do a walkover and just keep it there and kinda stretch it until you get to a point of pain (don't go beyond that point because it can screw muscles up). It really helped for me. Also, Kevin Crowley taught me a cool stretch for frigid osis. I think it was put your foot in the clipper position, then slowly stretch your leg back out (kinda like an osis save). By no means am I an osis master or anything (I can barely hit it on my flipside and I don't hit it that often on my strong side), but that's my advice. Hope it helps.
