But I hope you would come to the New Year Jam. If they will organize that..

I hope this doesn`t change you`re plans too much.

Sorry.

Hi, Iain! And thanks, Tom. It was really nice meeting you guys too.

So, I played yesterday with samu in my father's garage. We filmed a bit with my father's digital STILL camera - but the quality was baaaaad.

I hit stepping ss Flail and High plains drifter. Footed high plains drifter on flipside.

I've been skooling my flipside a lot and a few days ago it finally paid off:
Blurriest>Blurriest
Blurry whirl>Blurry whirl

I'll post a short low quality video later today...With symposium whirling reverse swirl!

I had to left too early to put the video on the internet... :(

But my routine and sick3 are now at footbag.org! They're both from the first round and filmed by Juha "Muona" Vilpas. Thank you, Juha!

And there's also an old run by Aleksi:

I'll go to the Amphiteather later today. And I'll hopefully hit that flipside High plains drifter...

I've played twice since the last post. The day before yesterday I played with Samu, Tuomas, Miika, Muona and Mika at the Amphitheatre. We filmed with Mika's and Muona's digital VIDEO ( 8) ) camera. I hit a really nice run on tape: Started with a 5-5-5 and did 3 or 4 five add tricks and a Whirlygig in the same run! I also tried to hit a new BIG move that I hadn't seen anyone trying before - Stepping shaft. I footed it a couple of times.

Yesterday I played with Samu, Tuomas, Aleksi and Lauri at my college. Yes, I am in College now. I'm a big boy already  . I hit Alpine Tapdown and Symposium Eggbeater. Almost did a Symposium Bubbabeater too. We played some Ironman, wich was fun. But I won only two matches. And Aleksi won ten  . Samu hit Atom Smasher>Atom Smasher for the first time.

I'll shred today as well. Felix might come too!!

I went to the Amphitheatre yesterday with a bunch of people including Felix. We played for about two hours.
I tried a lot of new tricks but I played circle too.
I didn't hit anything huge in circles but I did a few pretty long runs with a lot of 4s.
I've been trying to it swirling set more clean and today it was superclean!
I hit swirling whirl and swirling symposium whirl. I got pretty close to swirling blender too.
I also skooled my flipside and I hit barfly and paradon BSOS, flipside Pixie double over down and flipside down double down.
After playing a bit of Ironman and Doubles with Aleksi, I said to Aleksi:

Me: Now I'm gonna hit a trick that you would really appreciate me hitting. (Aleksi has A LOT better flipside than I do)
AA: What?
And then I flipside PS whirl for the first time with first try!!
I was really happy! :D :D :D Now I can finally start practising flipside six add tricks (mullet, whirlygig).

As some of you who were in Worlds might know, my Lavers aren't the best...
There's a really big hole in the left Laver and a smaller in the right one.
But that problem is soon to be solved! My mother bought some shoe glue (Liquisole) and I'll probably glue my Lavers today.
Though it'll take over 24 hours for the glue to dry - That means that I can't shred for a whole day! 8O
If I have to I can probably borrow Aleksi's or Lauri's because they both have an extra pair.

So we'll see if I play today...

I played yesterday in front of my college again with Samu, Aleksi and Lauri.
I had to play with Aleksi's crappy shoes. First it was really hard but when I got used to them, it was OK.
We played a lot of circle - more than normally. Maybe 1½ hours in a row. And some Ironman again.
Ironman is so much fun with friends. I won a few rounds.
Two of them I won in a row when Lauri was taking a break and Aleksi and Samu dropped the first trick :D
I've been hitting a few new tricks in every seesion (=every day  ) and this session was no different:
 Swirling symple swirl,
 Tapping symple swirl,
 Tapping symple reverse swirl.
I got pretty close to two bigger tricks too:Mind Bender and Flipside Whirlygig
After Lauri and Aleksi left I played with Samu for a while.
I noticed what I do wrong in Torques: I should jump earlier.
After that I hit a paradox torque which is usually really hard for me.

Could someone help me with some spelling things?
How do you write
Amphitheatre?
Propably?
I practised/practiced?

I will shred today, but I'm not sure where..

it's practiced 8)

If you have any questions on spelling a word, just go to dictionary.com

Then type in what u think the spelling is, and if you are close, it will come up saying, "did you mean this:" and list a bunch of stuff.

Thanks a lot! I am happy to see that someone is really reading this blog!:D

I went to the AMPHITHEATER 8) earlier today. We played for about two and a half hours.
My shred wasn't going so well so I PRACTICED some new tricks.
And I hit some too (of course):
Mind Bender
Stepping reaper
And I learned a new set: Phasing:
Phase
Phasing ss osis
And a cool link: Slapping butterfly>Ripstein

I forgot some stuff about yesterday's shred:
We tried some records. I hit 65 legovers and 55 mirages and after that:
 12 DDD's!!!! I gotta check how much is the world record (in Lon's list)
I could PROBABLY hit even more.

... I just had to think of a sentence with 'probably' in it

I've played twice since the last post. Both sessions were at my college.
I didn't hit any new tricks. Might be because I've been skooling some basic tricks again.
I hit Infinite>ss butterfly x34
I kicked 520 but my record is 1003, so it wasn't so much..
We played Ironman again. I won more than usually.
I also hit a cool combo second try:
Bedwetter>Dimwalk swirl.
Tuomas tried ddd swirl on Saturday---> He hurt his ankle very badly.
I heard he went do doctor too.. :( I hope it's not too bad.
I had to glue my shoes again because there were still little holes because I suck at gluing lavers...
So I still have to play with Aleksi's shoes for today at least.
I think my crank isn't as good with Aleksi's Lavers than it is with my own ones.
I'll go to the Amphitheater today with at least Miika and Mika. Hopefully Mika will bring his camera too.

So we had a boring session at the amphitheater. It was boring because there were only me and miika.
We still managed to play for over two hours.
We played circle for the whole time. I hit some good runs:
Pixie swirl>run>ripstein
Bedwetter>Phoenix>Blurrier>Blurriest (I still have to hit tomahawk>pdx blender to the end, because 5 is my record..)
Symp. bubbabeater
Footed PS eggbeater.
And I hit Fairy ripstein just before we were leaving (Miika was already changing his clothes)
I hurt my back when trying PS whirl. It still hurts a bit.
But that won't stop me from shredding at the Amphitheater today!!
