get rid of hangover?

yo,
So I'm gunna be hurting tomorrow morning. No question. I ate a bunch of ice cream and drank some water. Anyone else got some cures for a hangover???

drink lots and lots of water, i really dont know any "secret" concoxions or anything, so if thats what u where looking for sorry man, do u think those chaser tablets work? if they do try taking them next time before u drink

The best thing to avoid a hangover is not to drink a too big mixture of stuff (like beer, caipirinha, tequila, beer again, swimming pool (drink) etc.) but what we do to avoid a hangover is to drink a bit "herbage schnapps"...Not much just a little bit before you go to the land of nod

Drinking water is also quite helpful but who does want to drink so much water if he can drink a caipirinha ?

there are several tips and I can't remember all of them but the "schnapps drinking" really helps ...it sounds odd that you should drink alcohol to avoid a hangover but the herbs seem to help...I never really had a hangover when I drank a bit of herbage schnapps before going to bed

To cure the hangover that I had today started with the end of last nite.
-Chug water right before you go to sleep, like 2 litres. It will taste like poison but youll thank me the next day
-When you wake up immediately go for more water.
-Eat breakfast, a huge breakfast if your stomach can handle it
-pop to tylenols with breakfast btw
-then shower or go back to sleep
-if you smoke marijuana that will always make a hangover feel better too.
-water.

Here's a hangover cure from the Drunken Master himself:

"Drink water"
"Smoke pot"
"Drink more beer while you're at it"

Also, try some sort of excercise to help sweat out the alcohol that's left in your liver/blood stream. Coffee might help a bit, too, but I've found that the other methods listed above help the best.

On some people, drinking more beer doesn't work that well.

it's what rockstars use to cure hangovers. since you're a musician, i figured you would know this already. it's so full of vitamins and nutrition and deliciousness it'll get rid of that hang over in no time. follow with some water and the head ache and nausea will pass quickly.

Fact.

I think water is the biggest thing. A hangover is you feeling shitty that alcohol sat in you all night dehydrating you. So you can negate this shitty sitch by just overloading on water and hydrating yourself.

Take THAT alcohol!

Here's some advices from a Finn:
-Drink juice, not water, just before you go to sleep. A lot.
-If you have drunk spirits, don't drink or eat anything in the morning. Even if you'd feel fine.
-if you have drunk just beer, drink more juice in the morning.

I say juice and water. As mentioned - it's mainly dehyrdation that gives you a hang over (no matter what you drink). Juice is good for things like vitamin C and water obviously helps. Drinking the water/juice before you get the hangover is best - otherwise if you wake in the morning there's no instant cures - it's just about time. But things like pain killers and stimulants will help you feel better.

take a few shots of jager in the morning, that shit has 56 different herbs in it so it'll definately make ya feel better...or at least drunk again....

drink a cup of herbal tea..preferrably fresh or dried herbs, not that bought from the grocerie store in a teabag already shit..
