Pre-stitch break in?

Has anyone ever tried breaking in the facile before stitching the bag, so that you can sell broken in bags.

I know the actual stitching and thread would have to be broken in too, but someone could probably figure it out. And I know that this could theoretically shorten the life of the bag because the facile would be thinner, but the stitch holes wouldn't be as worn down with dirt from normal bags, and besides, the part of the life of the bag that would be diminished would be the break in time in which you can't use the bag to its full potential anyway.
If someone figured out how to do it it could be big!

i do usually massage the material as i get towards the end of stitching the bag, especially the seams and corners where the panels meet...it also helps with roundness and wrinkled panels. i think its probably a better idea to leave most of the breaking in to the consumer...everyone has different tastes as far as how shreddable a bag is, based on the material...etc. but yeah...consumer should get the full life of the bag to deal with as they choose, i think.

I had the idea to try putting some new 32's in a clean paint can and then taking it to the paint store and having them put it on the mixer for a while to bash em up.

It wouldn't hurt them any more than kicking does and it may 'break them in' nice and quick. it's worth a try.
