Weight is something I don't really udnerstand  I just eat what ever and when ever I can. I swim like 8 times a week and 2 hours a session. I weigh 75 kgs and hunger is something I have trouble with rather than size and energy. I eat two breakfasts in da morning, both containing two bananas, three weet bix and two milos, sometimes also some toast. I think maybe in footbag before a session you should do what I do for racing. When I race I carbo load before the race or the night before. Eating Pasta, potatoes and other carbo loaded stuff is the best thing. Footbag is a very tiring sport, and I am surprised that there are overweight people in the sport. I would say that the only thing that would be best for your body to play footbag would be to eat fruit and vegetables, and make sure you have fit legs. This may be off topic, but yeah :D

If you want to gain muscle fast go to the gym do some weights then go home and drink a met-rex (protein) shake. If you do this every other day you'll gain muscle super fast.

If you don't want to go to the gym just do as many push-ups and sit-ups as ou possibly can every morning, and drink Met-Rex.

It's weird with me because I dont do weights or do any hard training and am not on any special diet and I have really chunky legs and broad shoulders. Even if i just sit on my ass all day I dont get fat and on the summer holidays when i play and sweat a lot I dont seem to change or get skinnier, I just stay the same muscly me. It's kinda annoying because i look really weird when i have my socks pulled half way up my shins. I weigh 73 kgs and am 167 cm's tall.

I get normal weight.

That BMI calculator only works for people who have a small amount of muscle. It can't determine if you are overweight just by your height and weight. Remeber muscle weighs more than fat so if you are really muscular then you would probably be placing in the overweight section when really you are in perfect shape.

I wouldn't worry too much about it.

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

175 cm 54 kg - I dunno BMI

Its do do alot with metabolism rate as someone probably already daid before.

If 2 ppl of same weight and height had same diet, then their weights could change differently because they have different metabolism thing.

This is why i know some crazy ass people weighing under 60kg who eat like the amount of 10 people for dinner, and people who are 80+kg who barely eat fish.

Yeah you dont want to fall into that habbit of eating to little that only trains your body to store fat.

You want to eat low calorie low suger high protein and you want do this wihtin 5-6 meals a day not going past 2000 calories.

If you train your body to always expect a meal then it will hapily burn off excess fat for it wont have a reason to be storing it.
