Hey, I think I invented this move. It`s like, I catch it on one foot, then I flip it up, and my other foot goes around it once, like clockwise, then my other foot jumps up and I catch it on the other side of the foot. Has anybody hit this before?

actually i quit smoking dope, it seemed a bit of a waste of time to me after 5+ years of being a chronic, that and it's very detrimental to my kicking...that and my thinking, im still a burn out for gods sake!
