one crook run and two DM runz. Nice gybas by the way flame-O.
hey this isn't a "has this move been hit" topic - if you don't know if the move has been hit - post it in the "has this move been hit" topic (whatever it's called.
I am positive that quantum symp whirl has been hit. In fact I remember seeing a video of somebody hitting it a while ago. I think from europe but I really can't remember. Considering people can duck quantum sets and hit the move downtime pdx - I would say it was first hit a fairly long time ago. Maybe Vasek or Ales pre worlds 2002? I think it probably dates back longer than that though.

cokewalk (lol this 1s a joke) - paradox dragonfly kick
nugget (another joke) - ss butterfly

Started with sparse low lines, built intensity with rythmic variety, went to 16th note lines in high register, than went to octives, than block chords for my last chorus... If you understood that last sentance than you should be playing music and not checking the internet.

you didnt invent "nugget" Sam, I invented that term, at least as it related to footbag. I stole it off of my marine buddy from US Santa Barbara who used it to refer to new recuits. Its okay tho, Ill let you have the credit.
And Paul, not suire what to say, did you check both video sections? I have 2 galleries. make sure youre watching the vids where Im shredding in my kitchen, thats where it'd be. No time to get the link for you, sorry.

So we all know Vasek hit Sailing ss Flurry clean and confirmed, but did he give it a name? And if so what is it?

There was some really good shred, and lots of funny situations that I will remember for long So, the cool news are that Vasek apparently hit Sailing ss Flurry, which was seen by Ales and confirmed clean Isn't that cool? And funny at the same time - in the times of total clipper domination, one of the hardest moves is toe2toe
Sorry for hijacking this thread though

I invented Wiggle in Dec. of 99 in La Jolla, CA. Richie, Jason, Cameron, Canyon Hart and I were hanging out in my room and I said I thought I had a new set on my hands.
After about 20-30 tries I managed to hit the set clean enough that everyone agreed it was 2 dexes. Then I hit mirage and butterfly out of it.
After that, I tried it from clipper and hit a few butterflies and mirages that way as well.
I named the first set wiggle cause thats about what it looks like, its a wiggling set.
The second I named null cause void was already taken and the set itself voids itself out, so null became the name of that set.
At the time I was trying these sets, Canyon was convinced that you couldn't do a pixie without planting, so I tried pixie (plant) fairy butterfly, and a stepping SS legbeater, just to show him that I could indeed hit those moves (sloppy at best), I was clearly looking for a new way to clean both dexes without the plant.
Planting is so much harder and the second dex is leggy as opposed to hippy, so the 2 moves look completely different although they contain the same jobs notation.
Much later down the road Yves was kind enough to re-invent the wiggle set (known as 84) and his buddy posted it here. His version (The BAP version) is much cleaner than mine for sure, and illustrates the set much more realistically than I was trying to portray at the time.
Aaron has hit SS whirl out of that set and on tape. The Pixie was a little thin (too high to be clean), but its a start.
About footage - I have footage Nate of a Jason crook where his biggest moves are ripwalk, pdx whirl, leg beater, and torque. Maybe a blur is there too.
My footage I believe shows some variety, and I think a Gybas in there too. Definately Paradon rake(Tiller) > Merlin > Paradon among other things.
I hope I can get it off the CD.
I have even older footage on VHS of me learning clippers, HAHAHAHAHAHA my ripwalk looked like a clipper > clipper drill done under my ass.
