200th blog post.

Prrrops hagesy.
had an excursion the the currumbin wildlife sanctuary today. I chucked a pebble at nearly every animal  The best one was hitting a 6m long crocodile. Did a bit of shred at lunch in school shoes. Got some Asian tourists watching and taking photos/videos. lol.
Weekend!!
Definately gonna shred it up this week end
Hopefully back one day.

oh man... seriously laughed out loud at that... but wouldn't it be more fulfilling hitting smaller animals? harder to hit and it hurts them more?

Hmmm, lol. Well I did throw a stick at a lizard and poked a lizard in the head. Then I dropped a leaf on a crocodiles eye and poked a sleeping wombat and a freaking big emu. The super big croc got pissed off and went for a swim.

Oh yeah, I hit a new combo in school shoes while "demoeing" for the tourists. Spinning clipper>rev swirl
Hopefully back one day.

Hahahahah damn. I remember hitting a bird on my fence with a rock. It was a good shot. I was like 7 metres away and i was using a pretty small rock. Busted it good. Luckily it didnt die.

Props on the combo. You should come to W.A or something so we can shred.

Matthew is getting into footbag heaps now. Hes even hitting some runs and stuff. Its awesome. One run from him was like...
legover>legover>butterfly>toe>ss butt
he also hit another long one with bs mirage and legover.

I coloured my lavers in black and green.
Hopefully back one day.

Is matthew your age, if so nice work. give my props to the newest qld footbagger.

I had a good shred last night, 2hrs in duration. The best part about it was, i had a strained groin yet again, (i see a pattern emerging), but i played through the pain, and it wasn't as annoying as the session went on.

I played really well. Lots of blurs bsos everywhere. I am in the process of getting some yoga dvds of ebay. There was one there for naked yoga, which caught my attention. :D

I will learn whirls tonight.

I have a bet on with one of my work colleagues. He is a wakeboarder. the bet is the first to land the move they are working for. his is a tantrum, a front flip, whilst mine is any six add. What is the easiest six add move.

peace

as long as you school your whirls symp whirls pdx whirl

whirlwind
mullet
whirlygig
maelstrom

other legit 6 add i can think of

spin blender
food?
blurry toreuq?

Yeah the general easy 6's are all whirl/blender moves (although they are stil fuking hard, im saying out of all the 6's the top players are hitting, these are the most common and easy for them)

Hmmm I dunno Hagesy, I think you need to school your 2 adds a bit more  You should really do more drills instead of hunting for six adds.

No, "im just gonna be a dickhead and say" that Alex was right.

Hehe.

Matt is the same age as me.
Cameron took my Wheel home tonight by accident  I wanted to shred.
Might use abshire...

cya

EDIT: You need to school your ducks and spins for some of those 6's aswell
Hopefully back one day.

fs janiwalker easy? For you maybe :P

My first six add was mullet (ducking ps whirl) followed very closely by symp tapping symp reverse whirl - the second one was definitly very easy for me - I believe I read on the internet that symp reverse whirl is a 4 add , thought "wow that sounds easy - I could hit that from a set for sure" went outside and hit my second ever 6 add in about 3 attempts.

My easiest six adds that I regularly throw into runs without much thought are blurry torque and blurry ps whirl - there are some others I find pretty easy that I don't hit very often but those are the two I hit most.

I would say the easiest 6 add is definitly blurry dada curve. Basically if you can hit blur you should be able to hit blurry dada curve - it's definitly easier than fog or blurry drifter and they're both 5 add moves. There's obviously questions on the cleanlyness of da da curves but if you keep the whole move tight and make sure you do the third dex up high (like a dlo bailed to a clipper) then it should be fine. If you hit it - claim it for the bet though - don't worry about how clean the dada is unless you're sure it's not clean.

mmm.... i've hit blurry dada curve but wouldn't feel comfortable saying i hit a 6er... i'd just feel like i'd be demeaning the real 6 adds :P but totally hit it for the bet haha

Thanks for the help guys. Blurry da da curve does sound a bit cheap, but i am sure i could hit it.One advantage i have is i can play everyday, he only goes out to the ski gardens once a week.

i had a shred last night and worked on getting my ripwalks consistent, (didn't get to whirls.). My flip was the problem, however i was getting pretty tired towards the end there. Hopefully i will smash them tonight.

peace
hagesy.
