like everyone else says...something with a good, strong, even beat. for myself i like some nice barry white, a little opera, a little spoken word, and, in fact, sometimes a book-on-tape reading of the bible, read by ben stein.

I like the rhythm Black Eye Peas give, but I personally enjoy listening to Japanese rock or dance music. Anything with a sizeable and great rhythm to keep the blood flowing.

I usually try to experiment. I download music free and legal from artists that aren't on the top yet. This way I connect music and footbag and the both, the artist and I, get use of it.
I've loaded everything like jazz, funk, breakbeat (almost everytime a choice), hiphop...

But basically yes, listen what you like to listen.
