Student Exchange in Switzerland?

Hi everyone. Our family discuss about exchange a student from another country. So the best would be if it's a shredder! I wanted to ask you guys here, if there would be anyone who would like to go to another country for a semster. (learning german, visit europe?, go to tournaments for sure and lots of other stuff).

You have to go to school too. Last year our school had a guy from australia. He had not many lessons and had a lot of fun.

The shredder should be between 14 and 17 years.

Wow, that sounds really nice because I've been planning to go as an exchange student to Germany next year. Though I'm still probably going to Germany cause I already know a good place near my grandaunt, but I'll keep this in mind.

Well yeah, I'll try the Germany-option first because I have relatives there but if it doesn't seem to work I'll return to this.

It'd be blast to live in the same house with other shredders, here at home I have to play always alone.

++ my brother is a shredder too

and the area here is crowded of shredders! new shredders! a village with 4000 people and there are 7 shredders in just one area of the village!

we will see... try it with the german option first. and if it works, we must look for another shredder

but my advice: try to fix it the next weeks... because the best time for coming here will be next year. and with school you must fix it, and the exchange-comunities, it takes time. January 06, there are: swisschamps, footjam in zurich, euros in switzerland, worlds in frankfurt... so it will be a very good year!! these tournaments are not that far from us.

that's one reason why I'm asking shredders to come here... because of these many tournaments. We support shredders!

would be cool if you could come!

I haven't yet checked the Germany-thing yet but I'll try to send an e-mail and/or a letter to the principal of the Gymnasium as soon as I can, probably next weekend.

Anyways, I have to say that in any case I unfortunately can't go anywhere to the student exchange before summer.

I mean, I just started "college" (not sure what it actually is called abroad) and I want to go the first year completely now. I'm planning to leave as an exchange student for the 2006-2007 semester, maybe with good luck already start a bit in advance, i.e. leave for a month before the school start.

So if you want a shredder there for next year you'll most likely have to find another one. And maybe for the '06-'07 too, if my "German option" works.

Though I'll most likely go to Frankfurt anyway and I'm considering coming to the Euros in Zürich too if I've got enough money. Maybe we can at least meet then?

OK, one thing I've got to say Flavio: you've got a 4000-people village there in Switzerland? Well, I live in a village with about 100 people and the whole municipality-whatever has 3000 people and one shredder!

I know, I suck at converting people to footbag...
