So, footbag. It's very interesting - it's been the sport I've followed more closely than any other sport. Ever. And yet, I haven't played since August! I am super super busy with my major right now and I've had to give up footbag a little to deal with it. Things are starting to settle down, and I've been on modified for 3 days in a row now, which is a record for me for quite some time.

I would really like to play. I have been talking with my old faves from modified (Jeremy, Sam, etc.) and they're sparking interest again. I don't have anyone to play with right now, although I do have some pledges (for my fraternity) that I could MAKE play with me. So maybe I'll do that soon. Anyways, just thought I'd update this raggedy old thang.

I played footbag FINALLY! After a 4 month hiatus... I played with a few of my fraternity brothers and a few pledges. It was pretty good. I am sore today. I didn't hit too much... ducking dragonfly first try, had problems with dimwalk and smear.. maybe my pixie set is rusty. It was cold as hell but I played through it in shorts and a t shirt. A few of the guys said they would be interested in playing again, so maybe I'll have a crew of guys in the future, who knows.

What the hell has happened to modified? It used to be so much better! Everyone was tighter and there weren't as many annoying kids! Maybe that was back when all us fogies WERE annoying kids; we just didn't know it! Sigh, I have talked with another fogie or two about the old days of modified. It was more personal and more fun.

So today I received a postcard from a shredder in Canada. His girlfriend also wrote on the card. They wrote about picking cherries and stuff, but it was pretty incoherent and I didn't really understand it. Tom, was that you?

I suspect I will never know.

In other news, I miss Jeremy - he used to read my blog, now I wonder if anyone does?

Okay so that same girl that I had a crush on was hanging out with me tonight when I was escorting her out of my dorm, and some RAs caught us (there's a visitation policy - no girls after 2 AM). I just thought this was really lame, and I hope it doesn't interfere with anything - I'm still on probation for breaking windows back in October. I'm sure she'll be fine, but I might get fucked over. Naturally, all I can keep thinking is that I should've checked the peephole, I should've checked the peephole.

But at any rate, I had a really great time with her and I'd like to date her if possible.

Well, the girl no likey me. Oh well, I suppose I should just get over it. Valentine's Day sucked - I ended up falling asleep at around 8 PM.

I've been fasting for 3 days. No food, just water. I hope it makes me feel better next week - I've been sick for a few weeks.

Life is at a negative plateau. Hopefully it'll pick up soon!

Oh, I got Freestyle Reality in the mail yesterday. It was cool, but I can't find my remote control for my DVD player so I could only watch the outtakes. I can still probably watch it on my computer though, so I might do that soon.
