In Spain, we play footbag too

Post by Sora »

There are not to much people who knows this sport, but we are growing quickly and we are very motivated.

Here 2 links, one is of Spainjam 2 done in Madrid on April 2005, and the other is my first video :)

About me, I know I need to improve A LOT my left leg... I started so late to play with my 2 legs, but slowly I'm doign good things.

We will do Spain jam 3 in May or April 2006, the cicty is still unknown but a lot of people will come (Matthias Smith, Sam,.... maybe)
We want to learn more!!!!!

One question: don't you have lavers? you should definilty get some hombre!

Hope to see you at French open with the guys from Madrid!! Sergio, pacheco, Mario, Kabu, Arturo etc etc!!!

Hey so wow this video is really fucking cool - it's amazing about the lack of comments. Bit of a tip: if you want people to download your video you need to sell it - most people seem to only download videos when they know what they're getting, while personally I chose to download this vid before the new Jorden vid and the new Funtastics vid - that's just me - I love seeing new footage from players I don't know. Anyway awesome stuff. The Pixies rock - really good soundtrack and good footage of all those players.

I was also impressed with your game although I'd like to see you push for a more consistant level - you have some really nice moves but maybe aim to drop the toe stalls and get a more balanced game? Still it was impressive to watch - good work!! Very few players can hit triple atw - even barefoot so that deserves a lot of respect, as does the last move in the vid of you (although a bit thin)

Whe everybody should download the Madrid Jam vid:

The Pixies Music
Mattias Lino Schmit
Samual Hufshmid
Isa Widmer (imagines the hoards of 15 year old kids on the forum immediatly downloading video)

Really nice feel to vid with good footage.

Also cool to see Anna Busch footage. She was one of the very first people I ever played footbag with back in summer 2003 - she was very cool and really impressive with her long strings. She's improved a lot since then I think. I doubt she'd even remember me since I was so new at that stage but I was stoked to see some footage of her none the less.

Freestyle Non Stop!!

(that's a very cool slogan :) )

Nice stuff there! You really should leave those Toe Stalls away and work on your flipside though! :P
Pixie Blackula was cool - but that Pixie Diving Double Down wasn't clean.

Thanks everyone fr the coments :D

Spainjam 3 will be an oficialy event, but we are deciding the place.

Maybe we will do it in Madrid, like Spainjam 2.

I'm working a lot to leave de toe stalls, and for now I leave them and I only do tricks in my rutines :)

In Spain there are no Lavers, and for the moment I can play with sandals.

I hope to go in Worlds next year in Berlin. I wanted to go this year but Helsinki is too far....

Anyway, thanks everyone
