Solo Session. Filmed most of it with my Digital Photocamera.
Expect some footage soon. It was a good session.

I won't spoil too much, but:

I hit a new sick 3 (5-4-4), but not clean yet.
I hit a new 5-add, but not clean yet.

Today i had two sessions in front of the local mall, and this time i felt
like having almost too many weird comments and questions from
the people that were waiting on the bus.
I had decent control today - pixie, double dexes, butters and ducking were
spot on, atomic and quantum were there, when i needed them.
Spinning was ok, but i need to incorporate it more into my strings ;
i also did some whirls, but too little stepping and no dlos...
Tomorrow, i 'll work my ass off

Most of my runs were long and had the right mix of planing ahead and
going with the flow.
And i hit a new five - a good day, i'll say

Flavio, Spinning Ducking Symp Mirage is a 5 adder. Michal was talking
about the Pdx Version of this trick.

Todays session wasnt exactly christmas, but i had some fun anyway

There were good moments, but this special atmo, when everybody
busts well almost every turn and there are cheers, and yeahs and
inspiration all over the place - well, that atmo had an off day today

!

Man, i was heavy and pretty much disorganized, at least for a bit.
I had planned to drill, and there was a need to drill for sure, but
i felt kinda reluctant and pretended not to know, what to drill .
My shape was pretty lousy today, and my concentration also ;
plus the whole "(dicipline + creativity)xgood form = nice runs "
equasion didnt work.

Still, i had fun watching the others and ab und zu, i had some
good stuff going on myself, and last, but not least, i have a powerful
signature !

40 + ss clippers - i couldnt relly count, cause i was close to loose consciousness

diving mirage bsos ( fr. clp )

ducking mirage>ducking symp mirage

ducking symp mir>dimwalk

one run with 3 atomsmashers

20 contacts with both plos, symp mir, smear, ducking mir, tap,

( aka the usual suspects

)

one run with ducking clip>pdx mir>butter>stepping legover and
the funniest muted tap ever ( sometimes i the my muted taps, especially,
when i dont want them to be muted, but this one was so high and
clean like a pdx coke head

) - if i didnt had to laugh so hard,
that coulda been my first atomic duckin'...)

Not too long ago, i would have called this a good one, cause
i broke some personal records, or hit some new links.

But at the moment, a good session means a clear, happy state
that makes all kinds of things possible, but especially, long
runs with good form and control and tons of different things
going on both sides.

Word !

For me the sessions was good, I think. I warmed up with the
usual drills, and I did a shitload of contacts with ss clipper>ss osis rpt.
I hit 18-20 contacts with infinity>ss butter rpt, a drill I should do more
often.

As for the new and nice stuff:

I filmed yesterday to watch my wirls... video analysis helped me a lot to get a better style.

I hit it Pixie Torque yesterday too but the Pixie-Set was not so clean I think

i had such a good time watching that vid with various
types of music to it, and it always comes out so nice !

Omg, i go back to school again. My math teacher combines the worst
features in manners and appearence from Merkel and Stoiber

I love her already - she's my god sent sword master and we will be
great together.

No, really the bitch is tough and keeps strict regime, but theoratically,
i've hit dominatrix on many occasions, so i should be kool with her.

My class is a a weird mix, the latin class usually atracts the nerdiest
of people, but at this school, they range from 20 year olds, who
might say " my hobbies are computer games and drinking coffee
in some indtroductional game in english class, to a 60 year old,
who loved to read out the general rules concerning calling in sick
to the rest of us.

I definitly got to do some yoga and shredding before i go there again
tomorrow

Ah yeah, and when i was working in FootLocker today, i wasnt walking
i was floating .

I hope you guys have a good time at your new schools. And may all that education help you with your future goals. Good to see that everybody from your club is now on the way to get ahead. Not that I want to bash you for you Footlocker job Daryl! But IMO a proper education is the best insurance against unemployment! Moreover in future we don't want to miss an Footbag event just because we don't have enough money!
