A server connected to their host might temporarily be down. Try another computer with a different internet provider or just wait a little while and the problem might resolve itself. I can't imagine a site being blocked for a nation.

do a yahoo search for it plenty of sites will come up.. some sell it by the yard some by 1/4 yard, some only have black and tan.
