Honestly, get a pair of Lavers. It's well worth the effort/money. I think it's said best when somebody says "You get what you pay for" and that's the absolute truth. If you go to The Shoe Company and buy a 5 dollar pair of shit tennis shoes, then your shred is gonna be sloppy and lopsided. Whereas if you pay a decent few bucks on a fresh pair of lavers, your shred will improve, and improve, and improve.
I'm not an expert by any means, but that's how it felt for me. Making the change from regular tennis shoes to Lavers was basically like going through puberty. Except less body hair was involved.
EDIT: Hmmmm. Game improves with drilling too. But Lavers are important.

Hmmm not a true statement. I had a pair of Osiris D3 ((Skate Shoes)). And i went and got a pair of Phat Farm Classics ((tennis Shoes)). I thought it would be easier to shred with them but i was wrong. If only i wasnt so impatient i could of had a new pair of skate shoes and a new pair of lavers. But what i did was saved my money then begged my dad to order em for me. Then he ordered lavers they improved my game then they got stolen. But then i started using the D3s again and i realized it was all in my head and they work just as good as my lavers did

There's definitely a whole assortment of shoes out there that can perform just the same, if not better, than Adidas Rod Lavers. Try it out. Experiment. Perform surgery on them typical for footbag. It'll be fun, and might save you some money in the long run if it matters that much for you.
But likely everyone agrees: get a pair of Lavers and try it out. It might work out in your best interest.
PS: Its not that hard to make a Paypal account or an ebay account, but I'm guessing it may be a bit hard since English may not be your first and primary language. If you can, get a fluent english speaking relative close to you and have them help you out in setting everything up. Hell, get your next door neighbor! All for the sake of freestyle footbag!!
