Any time when the bag travels around your legs in either in to out or out to in direction is a dex

To sum it up footbag consists of 3 elements

Delay (stalls) toe inside outside sole exct

Dexterities Leg over ATW, mirage, pickup

Cross body: any delay or dexterity done in a cross legged fashion: clipper butterfly osis whirl swirl exct

It odviously gets alot more complicated than that with variations of these 3 things but everything starts with these 3 concepts

Forgot this in my last post:

You can also do legovers "symple," which is quite a bit like symposium, but not. I don't know how to post the full details without confusing you, so I'll let someone else do it, but I think this is Job's notation for symple legover and symple pickup.

Symple Legover - SET > (no plant while) OP OUT [DEX] > SAME TOE [DEL]

Symple Pickup - SET > (no plant while) OP IN [DEX] > SAME TOE [DEL]

If I'm wrong, by all means, correct me. ;)
