There are pretty good colleges around NYC as well. If you plan on going to Columbia, I hear there's a pretty sick shred scene over there, as well as NYFA playing twice a week around Union Square or a studio on those ill weathered days/nights. Just a heads up if you're interested. :wink:

Come out west! Missoula has a decent shred scene, good booze and hippie "products" scene as well.

i was recently looking into arizona state as a college...does anyone know if there is a semi-decent shred scene there?

Wells college anyone? Eh? Eh? Seems cheap, small, and one of the best rated libral arts college. Only an hour away from Rochester. I have to check into thier acceptance stuff.

penn state man, its a good school and ill be transfering there after i get 60 credits at my comm. college

its got a shit load of of programs and a bunch of cats
