I'd like to hear a guess at tatw from some older players. I remember hearing that Tu was the first to hit it, and now Tuan and Kenny have both been mentioned in this thread.

1. I bought some European guy a beer at Prague Worlds, 2003, when he hit zoid ripstein for me. So it was hit at least as far back as Worlds 2003. Guy? Remember me? Remember the beer? I dont think Ive met cod, but i could be wrong.
2. Voodoo was named after Tuan Vu. Vu Du. Dunno if he hit it first or what, but its named after him, so thats a start.
3. Bedwetter was invented by Paul "Hu-mungis" Munger. Flaming tard was invented by Ryan Mulroney.
4. Not sure about flurry, but a likely guess is Rippin.
