. Basically every month I'm going to make a footbag to raise money for footbag related organisations - in particular the IFPA or the Ausfootbag association - varying per month. However this is the first time so I wanted a different charity.Oxfam (ox farm) is my favourite charity. We live in a world of great inequality. A world where most of the countries represented on this forum face numerous health problems from obesity and over eating while 40,000 people die every day from not enough food. We live in a world where 27,000 children die every day from easily preventable diseases such as chicken pox while the Western world spends over billions of $$ over the amount needed to stop those deaths on a variety of unneccessary medicines. If every person in Australia stopped drinking coffee they would save enough money to ensure that every single person in the world had access to clean drinking water. Oxfam is one of the global charities that aims to solve these problems - both on a political and communal level. My family has been involved with Oxfam for as long as I can remember and my mother still organises fundraising events every year.
As some of you may already be aware - I have stopped selling footbags to most of the people on this forum so these auctions will be the only chance you really have of getting one of my bags other than flying to Australia to buy one. I have made the bag and I will pay the postage to send it to the winner. You can bid in this topic or by sending me a pm. Keep figures to $USD please. I will start with saying that I will bid $25 usd.
This isn't the best picture of the bag but it still looks sweet - my new design is awesome and I love these bags - they are very very small and heavy - they keep their shape really well and are great freestyle bags. At least in my opinion. Also they have my name on them
