Mr. Sandbag: Crushed panne vs. facile [Was: New member]

Hi. Im new to the forum and i was wondering about the mr. sandbags. I have a mr. sandbag facile from worldfootbag.com and my freind has a mr. sandbag from freedom footbags (i ordered it for him). Which one is better and y are they so different. I searched threw this forum and couldnt find ne topics comparing both bags so i decided to post somthin about it.

I havn't used a facile. but i do have a crush panne (the one from freedom.) but i think the different is just the material.

World footbags and Freedom Footbags are basically the same bag with a few differences.

-World footbags are slightly bigger than freedoms and I believe they weigh more.
-World footbags also have a different type of sand filling than freedoms.
-Freedom footbags are better. (That's just my opinion. My first footbag came with my lavers from worldfootbag.com and I thought that freedoms were better. It's just personal preference.)

I've bought dozens upon dozens of bags from both Darly -Freedom Footbags- and Paul -Revolution Footbags- maker of the facile Mr. The difference in material is the most obvious. Compared to a facile 32 panel, both are more durable and take little to no time for break-in. I think the Revolutions may be just a little bit heavier, not quite sure on that though. Personally I think they are both quality products and some of the best value$ in footbag. I think it all comes down to your own personal preference, whether you like panne better or facile. You can't go wrong with one or the other IMHO.

I think the facile Mr. is a much, much better bag. It's an audible bag, the material is grippier, and the play is just that much more similar to a 32 because of those factors. It's still not a nice, choice 32, but for the value it's a sweet bag.

And I believe for the Facile versions the color dyes do play a pretty important role on which breaks in more/faster, as some dyes make the fabric stiffer than other Facile versions that have different colors. A clear note I've seen is the comparison of my grey/navy blue to my other black/red. I've played with both at the same rate and time to break them in, and I found the grey/navy blue was much more supple than my black/red. Actually, if you ask me, my black/red Mr. Sandbag Facile is still pretty stiff.

Just a heads up if you ask me.
