Trixie is Triple Pixie. And it's a sick move :).

BTW: I forgot to write I've hit today the first strongside Butterfly after something like 4 months! But only one...

I had a shred with Asia today. It was not a long shred, but it was cool. I've hit one new move: Atomic Zulu Mirage. That was a challenge from Nel. I've tried to beat PLO record but i've dropped after 50 . I've played some Shred30. Still no new records... It's really hard to beat my 150 points doing almost only toe2toe tricks :(. But I promise you, I'll make 160 in few weeks :P. Asia has hit today one new move (almost BS): Ducking Toe and I'm proud of her!

About my Clippers. I'm like  :( while thinking about my strongside Clip. STUPID INJURY! Now, my leg doesn't hurt anymore, but I can't bend it like 4 months ago. I feel like totaly footbag-newbie. I can do a good movement for Butterfly, Whirl, Paradon, Symposium Whirl, Spinning Set on my strongside, but I'm not able to stall!!!

I had a shred with Wiktor Dębski in the park near my house. We decided to make a shred video. At first a fast warm up and then we've turned on a camera. I've started a first combo and hit about 35 contacts Guiltless! That's absolutely my record! At this shred I've hit also one nice drill to a run: Beta Smear > Toe Blur > rpt, some another cool runs and one big sick3, which I've just send for the Online Competition ;). After that we decided to try Pixie Ducking Merlin, because both of us were close to hit that massive. After many many tries Wiktor finally hit it. The last dex wasn't super clean, but we think it was there! I wanted not to end shred without any new trick, so I've started to trying Alpine Dominatrix. I hit that after about 10 tries and my reaction you can see in our video (in video section of this forum). That was a nice shred!

Today there was a shred with many Warsaw players. We decided to make a really good, well-edited video. We have shredded in many places and hit many different things. It wasn't my best day, so you'll not see many from Cod in this production. But I didn't say it was the worse day ;). I've hit some cool new stuff:

 Flail
 Ducking Flail
 Paradox Flail
 Miraging Flail (this one will be on thevideo, I hope it was clean)

Yey! Flail rocks :). I've tried to hit some Flail stuff in combos, but it's hard! I've hit once Flail > Symposium Mirage and once Paradox Flail as an end of nice Guiltless run. Today I've hit also one supercool drill!

 Toe Blur > Slap > Toe Blur > Slap

My Quantums are better and better :). At the end of a shred I've tried to hit as many unique 4s in a row as I can and I've hit 8:

 Atomsmasher > Atomsmasher > Puck > Puck > Dimwalk > Blur > Toe Blur > Assasin

It's my record of Tripless run, but I want to hit 10+...

Props on the flails, Michal! Flail is such an awesome move. Quantums rule, too. The tripless string is dope, man. Good job. Now all you need to do is blubberman. :P

Thanks for props :). I'll try Blubberman (and Rubberman too) when my injured Clipper started work good...

Today short post, because I have to go in a minute to my girlfriend :). I had a shred with Chester and Medżik. We have shooled our Shred30. I have hit my first ever Shred30 dropless and made a new record! 27 contacts, 26 uniques, 86 adds, ~168,8 points! I had also two or three shreds with 150+ points.

Today no shred, because I'm a little bit ill. But my day was preety footbagy ;). I've stitched a bag for Medżik. Here are some photos:

The bag on the left is a new one. The other bag is the bag I use for about 2 months.

This is a window in my room.

Some text, blah, blah, woohoo.

This is a new bag laying on my hand.

This cool ":)" bag is my first bag ever! It was "stitched" by my mom!

Oh, these bags looks like pe..s!

Look at this smile!

All my bags. Gues which one was given me by my best friends on my 18th birthday!

In the evening I was with Wiktor in a radio and we gave an interview about footbag and Wilanów Cup. That was fun. Whole day was cool. Too bad I couldn't see Asia today :(.

Hey Michal, want to make me a bag sometime? :D

Anywho, how's the injury? I kinda forgot about it for a bit, but I've found that the ankle flexor stretch works pretty good. Just put your hands on your knees and make sure your knees and feet are touching. Then rotate five-ten times clockwise and five-ten times counterclockwise. Oh yeah, be sure to do the rotating from your ankles. I've also found that standing on the outside of your foot in a x-body position helps flexibility and with the injury. Just don't put too much pressure on it. Hope these tips help and get better from your illness soon!

Maybe in a future ;). I have facile only for 2 bags. One for me and one for Wiktor, who gave me this fabric. In some weeks I'll probably order the material for my own and then start making footbags for another people :).

My "strongside" Clipper still sucks! I'll try do to what you wrote me, but you have to explain it better. Should I do this barefoot or in shoes? Should I do this while sitting somewhere or standing?

I'm still a little bit ill. I had a throatache (spelling?) in the morning and now I have a catarrh. Inspite of that I've decided to make a shred, because Wilanów Cup is already in three days! That was a solo-shred, because only when I'm the only player on the training I can school my routine. I was schooling it about one hour and I can say you only that I suck at my routine! Really. After this hour I was preety sad and mad. I've decided to school my flipside Sailing set. I've hit many cool things:

 Dominatrix bsos (Dominatrix > Toe x 4 > Dominatrix :P)
 Dominatrix > Smear > Dominatrix > Smear > about 10 contacts Guiltless run with Pixie Tap
 flipside Dominatrix midrun (3 contacts Guiltless :P)
 Dominatrix > Dominatrix!
 Sailing ss Legover bs
 Sailing Legover bsos
 flipside Desien

After that I wasn't as sad as earlier ;).

Props on the new hits, Michal.

As for the stretches, I did them with my Lavers on and standing; I'm pretty sure the standing part is the only one that's essential. I'll see if I can borrow Kevin's camera and videotape the stretches that I've told people to try, especially the ones for you and Erik. Injuries suck...

Today another solo-shred. Only two days left to Wilanów Cup. At the beginning of the training I've decided to hit some new moves. It took me many many tries to hit a move I've wanted to hit, but finally I got it! Johny Quest (Atomic Gyro Mirage)! At first with missed handcatch, but then sealed by Pixie Drop :D. The next move I wanted to hit was flipside Paradon. While trying a movement I've realized that flipside downtime DSO would be easier. I've hit this shit after some tries and then after only two tries I've hit flipside Pixie DSO! After few minutes I've started schooling my routine. I've played it five times. Every routine had about 6 or 7 drops. It's not so bad, but it should be better!

WILANÓW CUP 2005!

The tournament has started at about 11. We have played on a really nice gym with cool surface. There are not a lot of players - less then in last year, but the level was way higher! We had in Warsaw players like: Damian Budzik (Polish Champion from 2004 and 6th on Euros 2005), Kamil Wysocki (Polish Champion from 2003), Damian Piechocki (Polish beast :P), Damian Gielnicki (7th on Euros 2005). The first competition was Open Freestyle. There were two groups. Seven players in each. I was in a group B. From each group 5 best players were going to finals. I've played the best routine in my life with only 6 drops (it's my record of drops ammount on tournaments) and gone to finals from the second place! Then Shred 30 has taken place. Unfortunatelly the camcorder which we were using to film has broken down and we don't know how many points players had :(. I've played for about 120-130 points I think and that was my best Shred 30 on tournament ever. After this competition there was a Sick 3. Many players haven't hit their combos. I've hit finally on the tournament Dominatrix > Toe Blur > Pixie Merlin (in 3rd try) and that gave me the 3rd place in Sick 3. Better were only Damian Budzik (Blurry Whirl > Food Processor > PS Whirl) and Damian Piechocki (Blurry Whirl > Whirlwind > Spinning Paradox Blender). After about 1 hour the finals of Open Freestyle have taken place. I've played as a 7th player. I had 5 drops in first 30 seconds and decided to stop playing. I know it's not good, but I was really sad-dissapointed-mad-exhausted and I must do that :(. During the competition I haven't hit anything new. I was close to some nice 5 on my flipside, but I'll write what's this when I hit it :).

The first shred since Wilanów Cup. I've played outside with Asia. It was too dark to play for me and I was playing really bad. I couldn't hit any nice combos, so I've decided to school single tricks. It was both Wauxspins (I like this really much!) and strongside Toe Merkon / Toe Gyro Mirage. Damn, Toe spin is such a hard concept, but I have to school it, while my Clipper is injured and I can't do Clip set spins... At the next training I'll school them again. I've hit today only one new move:

 Stepping Far Wauxspin (I call it Ripwauxspin)
