I just watched this video again, and you know what really shat me to tears? Not only did Vasek hit the most incredible combo's i've ever seen, but he also showed that he can juggle at the end of the video. How is it fair that he gets such an unhealthy dose of footbag skill and is also able to juggle?!? B*stard! :D Seriously, he's got enough talent to fill 50 footbaggers.

NOTE: Vasek if you are reading this, im just kidding baby.

bump

edit: bumped because someone was asking questions regarding where to find the link and I was too lazy to copy it so I just posted in this thread once I found it.

hmm dunno why this has been bumped :P apart from the fact that its such a sweet video, but i can add that Bila Lavice, in answer to Ebo's question, means 'White Bench' in Czech

Man... He makes footbag look like nothing.. He has that "just a walk in the park" style, but the moves are hard as hell at the same time.

Yeah! And the thing is that when somebody has got some footage of Vasek and edited it, it's old already! He gets better and better all the time -that's freaking me out...

Vasek did some beatboxing in a few older videos posted here somewhere. Zocha Jam had some and if I recall there was a video from a beatbox tournament (like from beatbox.cz or something, if such a site exists). I really liked in that video when Dylan Fry beatboxes and shreds at the same time :)

This is from the footbag.org forum by Stan Sagalovskiy (yp):

if anyone's wondering, that 60 contact run was:

right clipper > stepping ducking pdx whirl > reverse swirl > ss butterfly > stepping ducking pdx whirl > reverse swirl > butterfly > ripwalk > os buttefly swirl > os butterfly swirl > osis > spinning clipper > ripwalk > ripwalk > whirr > osis > butterfly > ripwalk > butterfly > ripstein > osis > butterfly > barroque > stepping whirl > osis > inspinning osis > butterfly > blurry torque > osis > spinning clipper > spinning ducking pdx blender > osis > butterfly > ripwalk > blizzard > pixie butterfly > butterfly > janiwalker > butterfly > ripwalk > janiwalker > osis > butterfly > barraging op osis (crispy barroque) > osis > reverse swirl > spinning clipper > butterfly > symposium whirling swirl > osis > butterfly > blurry blender > osis > butterfly > flurry > butterfly > ripwalk > blurry blender > butterfly > reverse swirl > whirl > flying clipper pass

Pardon me for any mistakes I may have made, and for the long names. This is for those who can't watch the clip but are wondering what's going on. I didn't write which side the move ends on, but all the moves that appear more than once were done on both sides.

Awesome stuff.

Any chance this video could be reencoded with higher quality and reposted? That would be awesome!

Man, has Vasek gotten any better? I mean all the stuff that is absolutly amazing these days, he was hitting 2 years ago. 70 contact run about 1/3 of it fearless, gangsta party at about 40th contact... man Vasek has always been good!

I thought it was amazing he hit alpine blurry whirl > double blender bsos in a worlds vid recently, but he was hitting stuff that hard with ease 2 years ago!

Seriously!

This video has some of the best overall shred quality of any footbag vid. Is there any way to get this vid re-done? Not re-edited, but better video quality?

I really hope when this was filmed, Vasek wasn't having a bad shred day because I would hate/love to see a video like this made on a good shred day for him.

i'm pretty sure he could replicate all these runs AND make them harder today.

and i doubt he would have dropped some of those ripstiens.

Yeah he's definitely way better now than he was then in my opinion. But yeah this vid is probably the most famous/ground breaking internet footbag video ever? I still remember exactly where I was when I watched it and being so amazed This video is why I always raise my eyebrows when people say that they think Vasek will be beaten by somebody sometime. I don't think there is anybody of Vasek's level in this video - let alone his level now.
