I had a bad ass sesh yesterday with the CIC peeps

Hit DLO alot even midstring once or twice

Some nice Clip>pickup>pixie legover/smear

My new favorite trick is magelan i really like this move and i gained alot of confidence in a super short period of time practicing.........well actually i have never practiced it i can just do it.

I must start doing more osis and butterflys. Im getting alot better at them and i still neglect these while in a run.

My big trick of the day was pixie whirl.................BUT couldnt hit it, There were maybe 3 attempts that i completed the dex cleanly but was having troubles with my body posture that would cause my clip foot to be not where it needed to be. then i moved faster than my feet and dangerously fell on my ankles im A ok thankfully but that was the last trick i hit.

Being in a circle with Tom K, brian parsons, Dan K, and zeke. We all pushed each other going big one after another we were all on a tear and it was an uber sweet feeling to be a part of it. Even though they were all so much better than me i still felt that i was enjoyable to watch like they were, and it was a nice feeling.

Why wasnt i ever doing cross body rakes

Today hit cross body rake BSOS a shit load of times

hit pixe cross body rake

Almost hit flip pixie x rake

Its wierd to do a trick after xb rake but its my first day doing them so in time i will hit them

5x toe whirls
10x whirls

Hit pixie legover>megelan combo

Discovered i can only do far legover from strong side, found that to be odd considering im pretty good on both sides and it seems like such an easy trick i guess i just never tried it before. I will definately work on that later

Thinking about new Combos at work today

I wanna work on Megelan>pixie xrake>butterfly

I think that would be a pretty sweet combo

Being able to hit x body rake so well really ups my guiltless options.

I really need to make flipside butterfly osis and clip a MAJOR priority my game just doesnt feel balanced enough. I feel very one sided even though i can do tricks both sides.

Practice practice practice flipside For every stong side trick i do i better have done 2 or 3 flipside ones from now on.

Schooled hard today

worked on my flip side clip tricks, hit alot of pickups from flip clip.

Did a few cross body rake drills,

Came so so so close to pixe whirl 8O ARRRRGGGGGG im never gonna hit this trick

I seem to have lost my DLO i just cant hit it anymore

learning stepping is proving to be uber difficult

flipside osis is also giving me alot of trouble still i just cant get my foot flat enough

hard to concentrate today alot on my mind

do u stretch ur ankles? it will help ur ankles flatten a little (but don't hurt urself stretching them), otherwise u just gotta bend at ur support knee a bit more. The same should help a little w/ stepping I believe.

i stretch ankles by warming up with alternating inside delays

Its more of a matter of comfort and posture with flip osis.

I have bad posture when doing flipside clipper so hence i have that same bad posture for osis

focus on what u do correctly on ur strong side, take note of where ur arms are and the way ur neck/head are turned and everything - then just drill that for warm-up. for ankle stretches try stretching them on the ground while flexing ur ankle - it'll build lots of strength / flexibility in a rather short amount of time. it helps a ton before a sesh.
Hope it helps

Been schooling hard on strings.

My 2 adds are getting so close to being completely schooled and i have alot of 3s that im getting better at hitting mid string.

Im think i need to pick some tricks/strings and kind of stick with them. I have spent so much time learning quanity that the quality of my runs are slipping.

But now that im thinking about it i just cant pick any tricks to focus on i love hitting them all and i dont think i will be happy until i can hit them all in the same string :D

I need to start schooling on some combos. and then mix all the combos into one long run. That seems to be the ticket.

Pixie legover>magelan>butterfly>osis>pickup

Im going to school this combo right now

I had a good session today, spent alot of time on whirls BS, Alot of time on drifter bs (only able to foot it everonce in while), Trying to hit DLO from toe (footing but not sealing), DATW so freaking close i really thought i would be finally hitting this trick cause i was getting so so so close but to my dismay i failed.

MY dlo from clip was feeling good, It feels like my strong side whirl has taken a step back, most of been from the time off oh well i will get it back and get it bsos :)

Then my favorite way to end a session is with osi madness, just doing nothing but osi bsos, far ducking diving pixie, just mixing them up trying to get comfortable with it so i can start using it in runs. I really like this trick and im getting pretty confident with the delay part but im strugling with balance and overall comfort doing the trick midstring. but all in time i think this will soon have this trick DIALED bsos.

I CANT WAIT FOR NYJ, im gonna be schooling so hard everyday up to this event.
