hey everyone, I have been footbagging for about 4-5 months now. I can land toe delays, inside delays, atw's, and legovers regular, and I am currently woking on mirages and clipper stalls. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Good consistancy and good both sided stuff. From just watching that one clip I would suggest working your other clipper and try to not hunch over as much when you are playing. Try to be a bit looser with your upper body as well. Good work.

I just now started to erect my posture,
Hunching is a result of not practicing your clipper and relying to much on instict
You have to allow your knee to blind you for a second and trust your set, as
you can develop bad techniques while learning ducks and dives from hunching over
It also helps with endurance if you stop hunching
But yeah i agree with everyone keep it up. dont forget to learn out to in atws
and start working on flip clipper asap.
Trust me you will be surprised what tricks you can hit in less than a year of heavy practice this sport truly gives back what you put in.
