streaches

Post by xjrjuniorx »

do you streach or start slow and warm the muscles up that way or just start playing?
hmm.. of course these are my opinions-likely to be just as flawed as anyone else's. um, really I guess you should assume everyone's speaking out of some external influence. Belive in whatever makes sense to you.:JTHM

I do a little of both too. Without stretching, I feel to stiff, even if I take it easy. So I stretch, then just do some easy kicking and trade off with whoever i'm kicking with.

Usually I stretch before a small warm-up routiene I have...
100 consec insides to get the blood pumping, and then 20 toe stalls each foot to get focused.
Then work in slowly.

I stretch sometimes, if I'm not feeling very limber that day I'll do some butterfly stretches, and a few others, but I don't know what they're called specifically.
