VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!!

I have set up a deal with the Holiday Inn. :D

I went in and talked with the dude today and we worked out an arrangement, what I need next is cooperation from everyone in the next step.

We have to have everyone grouped up into their rooms and I need to know those groupings.

What you have to do is get into groups of four (or five if you want to sneak an extra person into your room to save a few bucks and have someone sleep on the floor) and then TELL ME WHO IS IN YOUR ROOM!

For each room there has to be one person over 19 that has a credit card that is responsible for the room.

Price breakdown:

$140 Canadian per night for two double beds.

That means that...

4 people sleeping on legit beds will pay $35/night x 2 nights = $70 each for the whole event

5 people, one of them on the floor will pay $28/night x2 = $56

6 people.. two" " " $23/night x 2 = $46

soooo yeah, i guess it comes down to how comfy you want to be.

I have been asked by a bunch of people if there is crash space at my house.

There is comfy crash space (as in a couch or a futon or something) for 6 people. Then there is a pretty huge amount of floor space that anyone can crash on, my place is a big old loft afterall!

I think most people should choose the hotel option since it is in a VERY good location. It is right next to the event site for friday/sunday AND that is also very close to my house AND it's fun to stay at hotels.

I have ensured that there are *smoking rooms* available. hehe

THERE IS A POOL AND A SAUNA AND A JACUZZI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, they have a buffet breakfast for $10. I think I may actually come to get in on that, I fucking love buffets!

I need to know exactly who is in your room and who has the credit card!

Just a little warning, I can't have/don't want a million people crashing on my floor, it just makes things more complicated for me and my housemates regarding locking the door and house safety and shit.

I will go back and figure out who were the first 6 people to ask me for crash space, they can have the couches/futons then I will figure out how many more will fit well.

I wouldn't mind some crash space too mosher, but if its ANY hassle then I guess its to the hotel I go.

Anyone want to room with a mediocre shredder that doesn't talk much? :P

ok, this is tentative since i havent checked with the others yet, but i will tomorrow. im not positive whats going on yet.

me, chris dean, matt (if he isnt staying with you), aric, and greg (if he comes)

at funtastiks, chris reserved our room and he used his card and we gave him cash. im assuming it will go down the same way at kickass.

Johnny, you're more than welcome to stay in our room.

When I say mediocre I mean by my own standards, comparing myself to myself. I'm not really at the top of my game lately.

Okay, you caught me! But I think that was an exception. You have to admit that besides that I wasn't very talkative.

I think I'll take you up on that offer Paul.

This is going to be soooo awesome. It'll be the last shred before I turn 17, hopefully I can make it a good one.

Okay, so for the rooming lists I am going to need them all SOOOON!!!

The hotel guy really needs them ASAP so he can book off the rooms or sell them to other people.

I am going to start contacting people to figure out their room assignments so that the hotel guy doesn't hate me.

Well I'm 2 for 2 for not making events. I hope this streak doesn't last much longer. Thought I might as well let you know earlier rather than later.

Okay, I have a good plan.

Some groups have come to me and let me know who they want in their rooms, however lots havn't. So I am going to do what I have done for some people already and I am going to *assign rooms* to those that don't want to deal with finding a group to stay with.

I need to have this ALL sorted out by like.. tomorrow!
