I'm sworn to completely secrecy until they can prove it. That may take some time – sorry.

They won’t even let me say what move it is – but I’m pretty confident that they have hit it.

Well, there is someone we all know who apparently hit a five dex,
or two that is, but he shall remain nameless for now...

And there is another person, who doesnt seem to care much,
but there arent many who actually know what he thinks,
and this guy is called VASEK CLOUDA and he hit a 5 dex at this
years Czech Championships ( confirmed clean by A. Zelinka ):

SAILING same side FLURRY .

Endo story.

Why didnt he tell everybody ? The answer to this is in the same
box, where the answer to the whole "why doesnt he bring out
any new vids" bullcrap is .

read Ners blog more often, for chrissake

No, youre not dude...

Actually, i've been wondering, why nobody commented on these,
well, sensational news - i guess, not many people know about this .
Its funny, how the best known and most abled player doesnt seem
to care much about his status ( its a good thing, imo ), but everybody
else does and when he really does something extraordinary and
unheard of, nobody seems to notice it.

yeah big secret hey. There's a video online at ausfootbag somewhere of me almost hitting the move. Some people even told me that they count it as hit but personally I definitely don't think that the video is good enough at all (hence it has remained a secret for almost a exactly a year)

I am still learning the names to tricks so this might have been said, but I think this 5 dex could be hit:
(My best description)
Sailing mirage double over down, ending on toe or clip.

So like sailing, then sail back over the other way, then add a last legover.

Could this also lead to a less likely 6 dex: sailing legover then ending the same way as the above trick.

lol dude, Jeremys hit that a year ago, exept with symposium. That's what's been on in this conversation for the last few pages. Clearer name for it is Sailing ss Mofly (Mofly is Miraging Smp Double Down)

I think the correct name is:

"Sweet Sweetback's baadasssss song staring, written and directed by Marvin Van Peebles and incidentally Jorden is a nub"

No offense to Jeremy, Ales, or Vasek, but when dealing with a 5 dex trick, for me it really is an issue of "seeing is believing." Without video, I don`t really consider it hit. There`s just too many places where "the" can occur. Yeah, Ales has a good eye for "the", but maybe he was just focussing on the flurry being clean, and didn`t notice that the initial pixie was the, or something similar. The vid of Jeremy`s trick isn`t shot well enough to be sure of every dex either (as I recall), and the point is moot unless he hits it on video.

Its reminds me of the year 2000 when Red first hit shooting star. Everybody was so focussed on the double over down, and were so happy that it was clean, that few people questioned whether the shoot contained 2 legitimate dexes or not. Ultimately, Shooting Star showed the footbag world that 4 dexes were possible, and it opened the mental gates for harder, cleaner 4 dexes to be hit. But watch California Connection today, with an eye for today`s standards of cleanliness, and ask if it really has 4 dexes by today`s standards.

I think you`d be hard-pressed to find anybody who likes dexes more than me. When a clean 5 dex is captured on video, I`ll be happier about it than most anybody. Until then though, 5 dex tricks are still just gossip for me. I really hope somebody gets film of Vasek hitting sailling ss flurry, or of Jeremy hitting SSBSDBMVPPSJIAN, I really do. But for the moment, I don`t consider it a reality.

Yeh, fair enough. I definately see your point there. I've hit tricks for the fisrt time and been absolutely positively sure they're clean at the time... then later on start to wonder... was it really clean?

At least it shows, as you said, that 5 dexes are a reality. Come on people, break those barriers on film! :D

lol - whatever :D

I remember something like a year ago, when Jeremy told me on msn that someone had hit a 5dex. I got a couple of tries to guess who it was - goddamn I was dumb not to guess him
