I can't remember doing any actual runs this session, but I schooled mobius until my legs felt too heavy to do anything else. I tried blenders a little bit, and found that I can do pdx blender REALLY consistantly :D I couldn't hit goodside food processor, though, because my knee on one side and my hip on the other really started hurting in a bad way. Um, so it's basically just little combos. My spinning was really off today to and couldn't get the hang of in or double.

Wow. I love how you come up with sooo many spinning/ducking combos.

Your blenders are awesome! Good to see even more variety entering into your game.

I still want your spins.
Hopefully back one day.

Just in case you didn't know Jesse, Erik had tons of variety before he got injured. He able to shred like no other!

I enjoyed the video Erik, especially the music! You say your spins were off but they looked totally on to me. Your spinning duckings as well, holy crap!

A really good tip for Mobius, I find, is to break it up into two components:

Gyro
Torque

- Don't do it all in one motion, do the spin as you would for any gyro component. Spot the bag, keep your knee high and then do the Torque.

I hope it helps :)

Geez! So many things you hit in that were surprising or unexpected or INTENSE looking!

Each spinning duck was thrilling!

great mobes, stepping out of them is way hard, laser props.

Glad to see you are able to keep playing despite all the problems you've had.

I've really enjoyed your recent output. Thanks much.

Better still though is that I'm sure you're enjoying it even more. I'm reeaaally starting to feel the frustration of long injury breaks.

This video makes me realize what one of my favorite looking tricks in footbag is

Stepping set out of osis and torque

I just dont see it done all to often and i really think it has alot style to it
