Hi,

I had first session from 5 days. It.s good but could be better. I was so close hit Montage on flipside ( I haven't hit on sterong

) Also I worked about my blenders. I hit a lot of pdx blender but I wanna hit sth after blender e.g PS whirl. My knees is really good becaus when I do many blenders it' hurt and now it isn't hurt. My flip blenders also good

Flip PS Whirl is going better. I need to improve my atomic set on flipside and hit some drill with this set. I was so close hit alpine whirlgig ( stepping ducking- storng side and PS Whirl - flipside) and alpine food processor ( stepping ducking- flipside and Pdx blender - strong

) I must work about pdx whirl>spin and barfly>spin . When I improve my spins before pdx whirl I gonna to hit ps whirl>spin pdx whirl

On Sunday I'm going to footbag show in the town squere. I must think about sth what I show people

Any idea ? I will write sth after this show

Nice session today. I hit combo with 31 contact guitless, combo with matador, blury whirl, spin pdx whirl. Also I hit nice runs:

pdx whirl>pdx drifter
pdx whirl>spin butter
blurry whirl>spin pdx whirl
blurry whirl>mullet

and nice trick

pogo pdx whirl

I improve my nuclear set. I can hit matador bsos. Peace,

) Avarage I hit sth about 30 contacts. I wanna hit 60 guitless

matador BSOS , Blurry whirl BSOS in one run

New trick:
torque on flip

now I know that torque isn't hard

Probably I won't go to Poland Championship

If I don't go, I won't play footbag any more. In my last training I improve my quantums.
