Well I finally decided to make an account here at modified.ca! I met many of you in Ottawa for our Canada Day shred session...Since then my TOFU presence is more then simply symbolic and I decided to pick up a footbag! TOFU is going through Ryan Seath withdrawal and he will be sorely missed. But me and Dan are still shredding and I have learned alot in the last 4 or so months. I am a soccer convert who was inspired by tourney go-ers who visited us in Ottawa and the Worlds 2004 in Montreal which I coincidentally was at. So far I can do all the basics, I will spare you the list of moves you have all heard countless times. I say hello to modified and definitely find footbag a relaxing way to pass the time The TOFU fortune cookie says: It is not how many times you drop the bag but the amount of times you pick it up.

Ryan Von Douche, it should be a good weekend with you coming down!! We will definitely get some shredding done during your visit....!
I will see if I can come to KICKASS with a realistic goal in mind like 10 tiltless contacts or something....if I am able to come
NY CREW: Yeah man I was at the TOFU jam, I believe I escorted some of you to the local Harvey's for you pioneer experience at the establishment....mmm poutine....! And we talked about drug laws in the States and Canada for awhile....I believe while burnin' one....!
