Good or bad?
I can't by a new pairs of shoes and I can't wait longer. I need new shoes! I saw these shoes( rod lavers..) on Ebay and was wondering if they are alright.. They are perforated Leather (which I know isn't as good as mesh) but this is the only good deal I could find. Did anyone get anything like this? Any comments are apreciated.

now ya heard differently. You just cut it off... take off the leather over the toe, and the leather on the instep of the shoe, except by the heel. There is a stitch in the leather right by your heel / ankle, and that is a good border to use between where you remove the leather and where you don't.Shredder- wrote:I heard modding leather is hard.
okay, is it clear now?

I just modded my leathers a week or so ago and it all went very well. I adore these shoes now, prior they were the bane of my existance. Unmodded they have purly wretched grip when it comes to Mr. Sandbags and other bags made with crushed panne. But yeah, the mod went well and aside from a small hole in the toe where i cut through, they're the best. Flipsider has a great tutorial, not that it really explains anything that isn't common sense.. still nice to have pictures though.
Nathan Pipenberg has a pair of modded red leather Lavers and they look wicked cool. I'm pretty sure white/blue leather Lavers will look great post mod, but I'm guessing its all about the color. :/
