Has anyone ever been kicked out from modified? This thought came to me when I was reading the "Hidden Shreditas" topic. Obviously there's been some banning on modified, but I find it great that there are 1700 users here and I think I've never heard about some specific member getting banned. In other forums as big as modified there are always "ban debates": maybe the add debates are more civilized and that's why we don't need other debates.
By the way, wasn't there some time ago a discussion about who should be voted off from the boards?
Sorry for the hijack.....it was just kinda funny that the third post in a thread about banning people had homophobic comments. Just the kind of thing that people deserve to get banned for.
It's hard to draw a line though, because so many people use derogatory terms in their day to day language. When someone uses a racial slur (for example) they might just be using it in their daily conversational way, and mean no disrespect to the targeted group. I guess thats something the modified community will help them with!
The staff here at modified.ca try to be very leanient about what is talked about and what goes on, mainly because we aren't children here and we believe in a mature 'working things out' aproach instead of an intolerant 'ban anyone annoying' aproach.

Wa1do F4ldo was the funniest most hillarious awsome thing to ever come to this forum. Not only was he the caps lock bandit he was also the king and divine ruler of these message boards, he brought smiles to the faces of lil footbagger boys and girls the world over.
Waldo was banned many a times but it never got him down. Since Waldo was super leet he kept coming back with new user names. He wasnt a quitter. Every member of modified who was lucky enough to experience Waldo's reign of hillariousness hopefully awaits Waldo's return. God willing.
