hahahahhaahhahahahah I know that I am probably the only other person in the whole world that can fully appreciate how absurd the name Crosswanking is, also, I know what the set is and I am fucking STOKED that it is being hit.

In case anybody didn't know, crosswanking is jerking off your buddy while he jerks you off, it's big in Finland, all the Finns do it after every shred session, it seems wierd at first but it really grows on you they say.

Why do you think the Finns are so good at footbag?

Aaannnyways, I can't wait to see VIDEO of the Crosswanking set, I want to talk about it more.. but I can't until you unleash that puppy.

I played for about 20 minutes in my new downstairs living room yesterday. My hip is starting to feel a bit better. I hit flip symp twirl with shoes on (close to the far version), and barefoot, I hit flapper set ps whirl BS, reaper, and superfly (video).

it felt good to play again. I'm a little sore from it, just a bit in the hip. i look forward to playing more... can't wait for that next RFA video...

booyah, more climas!! Thanks, josiah, you're the only one who's said anything about my superfly.

I miss shred so much. I want to heal up soon. I thought I'd put myself further out of commission last night in an accident involving one of these...

I've recently moved down one floor in my house, and some friends of ours moved into the upstairs. our neighbor across the street also just moved out, and he left his Tony Little Gazelle (the contraption you see above, awesome dude not included) on the curb. My housemates brought it in and set it up in the corner of the living room. We'd been all taking turns on it and discussing how we're going to modify it into some sort of sex machine with an adjustable seat right on front of the crossbar between the rotating points on the two handles, different handles, various padding, weights, detachable plastic tarp for the floor, etc. I was on it, waxing erotic on all the possibilities, and my new upstairs neighbor suggested that I lean back as far as I could.

Well, I did.

As I started to get closer to horizontal, the legs flipped up and dropped me. I totally wiped out. My lower back landed on that crossbar on the floor that you see under tony's left foot. One of the legs swung back down the way it had come, heading straight for my nuts. the other leg swung over top and back down, heading straight for my face. I managed to deflect the both, luckily, but my back was feeling pretty wrecked. I'm lucky I landed to the right instead of the right... a few more inches to the left, and I would have had a big lumpy plastic piece jammed into my back, probably focusing a lot more pressure on it. That would have caused some issues...

but anyway, my back isn't hurting too much today. I massaged it and stretched it and put icy hot on it last night, and that helped a lot. I've put my lower back through some pretty torturous situations, so I guess it's toughened up or something.

so, that shouldn't be keeping me from shredding. I'm definitely going to keep taking it easy before KICKASS, though. I am SO insanely psyched for this event. I <3 kingston, I can't wait to see everyone.

shit dude! i always knew that those things were dangerous. i've tried one before and it kinda sketched me out. i did the same thing as you did, minus the falling part. i started to lean back and fucked up my back. Im totally anti-excersise machines.

I think im just going to be driving up to KICKASS Matt. its only 4.5 hours from my house, which is only about 45 minutes less then rochester. Unless you have open space for us and you'd like the company  we've had some fun road trips, why not more? Just didn't want to take up space that someone else needed.

a few injured style moves for those who read our blog ;)

reverse swirling rooted mirage

swirling rooting mirage

hope someone likes it. the root on the second trick occurs xbd, and before the dex, which is why I say rooting instead of rooted.

hey, I hit the rev swirling rooted mirage flipside, I didn't try the other trick on the flip. I'm glad you guys liked them, I thought they were fun tricks. I would have filmed the flipside, but who would want to download both? maybe next time I could email them to someone with a video editing program and they could do it for me.

where's the session tomorrow? Does paul have any shoe goe? I need to shoe goo my new shoes, that is what I need to do, so therefor I am asking you, does paul have any shoegoo (freestyle mofucka!)

Matt, don't use shoe-goo, it is too stiff and it is much heavier than silicone.

Use silicone.

Short solo session in my room today to work on my legs a bit. Had some decent attempts at flip paradon and barfly, hit them both but 2nd dex definitely missed on both. Really short session but I did manage some new stuff.

pdx eggbeater
attempted zulu osis a bunch of times (haven't hit it before i don't think) but then i hit it bsos that was pretty cool
followed by pixie zulu osis

anyone going with the Rochester posse to KICKASS has to be in Rochester before 4 PM on Friday. We are leaving at 4:20 PM from the Marketplace Mall.

I'm feeling a bit healthier every day in the hip department. I am not, however, feeling healthier the shoe dept. so far, I'm feeling that the toe on the responses is significantly narrower than the clima ones, but I'm still tweaking it, and I think that removing padding from the tongue will help some, as the bag was bouncing and rolling off that area. They still need a real session or two to see what's up. I'm not sure if I'm going to remove the stripes on the inside... I'd still prefer clima 001, but we'll see what happens. if Paul can use them, so can I ;)

I think I can hit whirling swirling rooting mirage. that would be schweeeeet.
